Just For The Guys – Group Gifts

Last weekend Player and I went shopping – we don’t usually go together but Id seen some items I really loved and got him over there to check it out. The store is called Mazzaro and wow its chock-a-block with stylish gear ! After buying a few items in the weekend sale we headed inside the main store and noticed a whole heap of group gifts. The group is only 10L to join btw. Above is the Eduardo set, very casual and a great fit. Fits for: Legacy, Jake & Gianni. (Fat pack given)

Artistic licence (Lola Tango Skin)

Had fun with Windlight and photo editing and then I realised that I wasn’t showing the real look of the skin but at least you can see this is a Boobie skin.

To give you a better idea of how this skin looks (in my normal Nam skin and prim setting) I’ve taken this more simple shot. A gorgeous, cream, light make up Lola Tango ready skin and for 50Ld a STEAL!  This is from PixyStix and it’s her offering for the latest round of The Boobies Planet which has a selection of discounted clothes n stuff for the boobalicious. Her inworld shop has a lot of free to join group gifts and LBs but her MP has a wider range of clothes, make up and skins so both well worth checking out.  Her Profile says “Don’t expect perfection. I Wish!

I have a little holiday booked and I so wish I was (slim) wandering through clear blue sea with warming sun on my skin(it’s not) so until then I will have to cheer up my Sl me.  Skirt and hair from simple to intricate.  The skirt comes from Thirteen and because it’s non mesh that means anyone can wear it.  TBH can you beat a simple short floral skirt? Nope you can’t.  Teamed with a simple bikini top it’s so easy to wear.  Lovely bright texturing to the skirt a lace edging and the prim panel is a lovely fit.  Now that I’ve had a good mooch around Pяıиcess Ŧluƒƒyßutt (isn’t that a great name!) owner of ThirteenTH I am loving the seriously shredded t shirt and upstairs is some 2 toned lippie which I can’t wait to try out later.  Great shop rewards as well because for every 100Lds spent you get 10Lds back and even the lippie I bought which only cost me 25Lds gave me back 2Lds.  Make sure to check out her MP shop as well because there is much more there than her inworld shop and some items such as the lippie I’ve just bought are cheaper.

Lagged my way over to Collabor88 and as usual it was packed so I cammed my way to where Diva had their latest offering and because so far EVERY hair that they have had on offer at collab has been absolutely great I didn’t even bother grabbing the demo and just grabbed my fav colour of dark brown and once I got home and tried it on it was worth the 188Lds it cost.  A messy piled on top of head look with strands and wisps framing your face.  The icing on the cake is of course the ribbons and flowers each of which you can either wear or not wear and even remove completely and you can only only colour the flowers but there are 2 sizes so you can colour the larger ones and smaller ones differently so that’s a lot of different looks for such a low price. Only 1 shade of hair colour but I’m boring and usually stick to the same brown that I am in RL.

Lovely to see that Dulces Secret have moved into a trendy new style shop.  Bayley is the name of this skin and it’s on offer for  only 5oLd.   I actually went for the tanned one instead of my usual pale look  I just thought it look a lovely colour. Photo was taken with my normal Nams skin and prim setting (try it you will love it) it’s like touche Eclait for Avs. She’s having a retirement sale which always cheers me up because that usually means that old stock is being cleared away for NEW stock. Best of all just for walking in you get 2 gifts thrown at you so worth while just a pop in.

Yes I’m still wearing the Dulcie skin and trying my hardest to look like a “working girl” not too sure what happened to my arm though.  Never mind the dress is a cheeky group gift from M&M (group is free to join).  A creamy patterned mesh dress with both straps hanging down and quite a lot of “nip slip”,  if I turned around you would see most of my bum as well because it had that large key hole shape cut out, so I am happy.  M&M is a big shop a very BIG shop and even I haven’t really spent as much time as I should having a look around. The prices range from 50Lds to a few 100Lds but such a mix of mesh, non mesh, hair, shoes and on and on. I’ve noticed that this dress is priced at 1Ld on the MP but free in shop but it doesn’t matter as even at 5, 10, 15 Lds  etc a great bargain. Lots of other gifts and promo priced items as well.

It Flows

I realised the other day that it had been way too long since I had paid a visit to *Airflow*. So that’s exactly what I did and I’m definitely glad I did because I found that they have mesh now! I’m not sure how long they have had mesh gear but it’s there and it’s awesome. What makes it even better is that until the 31st, you can grab yourself one of these fabulous mesh cardigans for half price!

These are so gorgeous, I love the texture on them, the look of the buttons, the design – yeah pretty much everything. The mesh comes in five sizes so you’re pretty much guaranteed to find the size that’s right for you but each size of this cardigan comes in three separate versions: each one with a different pattern. Think of the value, you’re basically getting three cardigans for half the price of one! There’s also a great range of colours to choose from, I don’t think you can go wrong with this cardi at all.

While you’re down at *Airflow* you should most definitely join the group as you can grab a whole pile of group gifts for both guys and girls. Some of them we’ve blogged here previously, but this wicked long mesh tee is a new one for me. With this gift you get the mesh in two sizes and four (yes, count ’em!) colours included. Marl & Me

Not having a proper internet connection sucks! I’ve had to cobble together what I could find to be able to get here tonight and – to take my mind off my problems for a few precious moments – find SF Design’s new Monday Mania item. This week brings us the Marl Sweater in red. So stylish and comfy looking to boot, this is definitely a great item to pick up. I’m a fan of high-necked sweaters and this is a good one: high, wide and handsome and it matches the lovely texture of the sweater itself perfectly. Speaking of attachments, you get two for each arm, the cuff and the lower sleeve which adds a bulky, bunched look to the lower sleeves, adding to that comfiness I mentioned earlier. You also get the sculpted lower part of the sweater which sits perfectly over your jeans and comes in either a scripted resizeable version, or one without the script.

With its awesome texture and look, this would be a great sweater to pick up at full price. The fact that it is only going to cost you L$25 today makes it impossible to pass up right? Just remember you can only get it at that price from the Monday Mania boards located just inside the SF Design casual men’s section.

Smith Versus the Volcano

I’ve shamefully fallen behind in my blogging and for that I apologise, but my friends, there is a bright side to that. While I’ve been somewhat inactive, there have been a few new releases from FATEwear that I am itching to show you all.

Damien Fate has released his very popular and extremely awesome Smith suit in the fiery Volcano colour that you can see above and below. The pinstriped blazer, pants, matching tie and black shirt are all meant to be worn together and boy do they look good!

The detail is amazing and the texture, shading and creases all look fantastic. The colour is just perfect as well, the striking red offset by the black shirt, it just looks right. This smart suit comes -like all of the gear from FATEwear- in five sizes so you’re guaranteed to find one that will fit you.

FATEwear have also released a couple of sweet hoodies for you guys. The one I’m wearing here is the Slim Jacket in Ocean but there are a huge range of colours to choose from for this and for the Marshall jacket as well. I love the look of this hoodie, it’s really cool and casual and the hood has a great, slouchy look to it as it rests on upper back and shoulders. You can wear these with or without the tees included but I like the difference the t-shirt makes and so I tend to keep it on.

This is your Fate

Us guys seem to be getting spoiled for choice when it comes to great mesh clothing lately…about time! If you haven’t heard by now, FATEwear is open for business. A little while ago I blogged damien Fate’s subscribo gift that teased us with promises of what was to come from FATEwear and boy, has it ever delivered.

I went a little crazy with the shopping while I’ve visited but, really, I don’t think I can be judged too harshly on that. Just wait until you go over there and see the gorgeous mesh mens clothes that are available. I dare you to walk away without buying one or more items.

Casual, formal or maybe a little bit of both, you’re definitely covered at FATEwear. As you can see from the two pictures above, the look of the gear is amazing. The texturing; the shading and creases they are just all spot-on with their realism and the mesh fits like a dream. I put on the alpha and chose the medium size out of the five different options and off I went. There was no shaking my head as I do when I have to make minute adjustments to my shape, no, I was smiling. For each piece, whether top or pants, there are a nice range of colours to choose from as well.

I don’t think there’s much else I can say about how impressed I am with the already cool collection of clothes that you can grab up at FATEwear and they’ve just opened! I can’t wait to see what else they have in store further down the track and I think you guys should definitely head down there and check them out for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed.
