Good Morning Monday, don’t panic as this is a short n sweet post as my RL “to-do” list is longer than my arm and I have really long arms!
I’m celebrating my new photo cube/box/studio/scene which did cost me but I am doing it in a lovely Freebie which is this metallic gold dress. You do have a silver option in the pack and all the mesh bod fits etc . You will have to join the “mesh body friends” group but that is free to join.
Don’t I look the picture of innocence?
Such a sweet and innocent little bathing suit? till your scroll down to my crotch area, yup that’s a little bead, in fact, it’s a small row of them which act as the crotch of this little outfit. It would be interesting to wear this in a busy place and see how many people spot it LOL.
So on the surface a sweet, simple little combo which can be worn as separates and comes in so many sizes there is a fit for you. This and 5 other Freebies, but you have to join different but free groups to grab, is to be found in the ADRIS King shop.
Still not going to tell you much about the hair but feel free to pop over to Mina’s and try the demo out, make sure to check the option tag as you get a number of ways to style this hair as well as the colours. Or you can TP over to Kustom 9 which is the only place you can buy “Tina” at the moment and since I’ve shown her so much already and the event goes on till the 10th August I’ll do a reminder post near to the end.
Alas, poor Faith when she gets over the SQUITZ and logs in she will have so many SPAM notes to read, or just bin LOL.
I caught the lurgy and its hit me for six. I’ve been in bed for three days, which is pretty unheard of for me. No food just water – so how can I still be…well you really dont want the visuals do you !
Hopeful to be feeling well enough sometime next week to post a little something – see how it goes.

This is GOD. Am I going to Hell for the title of this post?
“Garden Of Dreams” to be exact. This is a shop that has been in-world for as long as I have so it’s ancient but it’s nice to see that although it’s kept it’s unique approach to builds in SL it has moved on with the times.
I know Faith has a bought a few of their “Dream Scenes” and I also own a couple of the free scenes myself. OK gonna try to explain this as clearly as poss.
You can buy individual “scenes” such as a ballroom, library, dining room, cave, space, Hell etc and you load your purchases into an installer and using the globes you simply “slip in” to them and chose from the menu which scene you want to go to and not only does this take you to the scene but in fact the scene isn’t permanently set out and as you TP it rezzes around you. This means that you can change the space around you at one click to suit your mood. These scenes are primmy but that’s because they come complete with everything you would want to see and use. If you want to keep your scene out permanently then you can and then, of course, you can add any extra decor item you wish or just remember when you pack away your scene to pack the items you rezzed out before hand.
OK Clear as mud but the best way to understand what I’m blabbing on about is to try it for yourself. You might just be able to make out the globes in the picture and you want to head for them.
Click on one of them then simply “slip inside” and out of the menu chose which the scene you want to check out and it takes you there. You have 15 mins to check it out which is more than enough time. You can then just slip back into the globe and check somewhere else out or return to the shop.
Don’t worry when you “stand” the globe does disappear but you will spot a white glow in the scene and you just click on that and the globe reappears again to take you to the next destination.
If you check out my last post “Sweet Poison” that picture was taken in one of the Scenes and it’s not a flat texture behind me but an extraordinary room. If like me you’ve not been to GOD for a long time you will be trapped by checking out all the new scenes and a lot of the old classics which have stood up to the test of time.
I also believe that the more “scenes” you purchase then if you contact the management you will get a discount and they will do all the installation work, but I don’t think it’s actually hard to do it yourself but deffo check it out for the discount as they’re not cheap BUT for the quality and uniqueness a bargain.
Now for the FREEBIES cos there is a lot of them.
OK, this one has suffered from the passing of time, it’s a desert skybox. If I had a Road Runner or a Coyote toy I would have placed them in this scene lol, I only picked a small handful of the freebies up and that does inc a few more of these scenes which you can just rezz or use the globe.
This freebie in this picture is just the balloons. If you’ve been over to our sim before then you might recognise this as the landing spot we have set out, of course, you’re free to wander the whole sim but this is a lovely hang out area just for you lot.
Yes, that’s Moi in the bottom right-hand corner. These balloons are really old gifts but I think these might be updated from the ones I have as I’m sure the older version didn’t have a slow movement to them. Doesn’t really matter as they’re only a total of 2 prims and I actually like them where they are.
The hay cart and the bales are also freebies. The cart again suffers from primmage but those bales are more than reasonable and pretty big. They also come with a menu which inc singles n NOOKIE ones! I also picked up a matching well but I lost that and a new large wood candle stick out of all the giftes. You will find these on the next level up, look at my first picture and at the lower right corner you can see the stairs that take you to the next level and all the goodies at the back.
Now for the keepers.
Although in this picture I’m just showing you one of the shrubs from a pack of many I’m really pleased with them they all seem to have a very Autumnal tones. A mix of single and ground cover shrubs and grasses and only a single prim. When we start to change our sims season these will be appearing everywhere.
The whole sim is open to everyone to come and enjoy. It has been uniquely landscaped and covered with areas of interest and lots of lots of dancing AOs. So a lovely way to spend a lazy Sunder, check out the shop and the scenes, grab some freebies and then spend time wanding the sim.
PS There is also a lot of sim landscaping for sale in the GOD shop.
Just a quickie, yes breath a sigh of relief.
This is a post just about these AMAZING free shorts from Pure Poison. I did have to fiddle with the picture a bit to bring out the details a bit more but I wanted to use this OMG skybox as a background so much but I knew I would have to edit. Sorry, the skybox isn’t free, blimey I wish! but I will tell you more about it and the place I got it from soon.
PS if you haven’t guessed the hair is the other NEW Mina which I still know little about and YES I really do consider myself bloddy lucky to get them.
I popped over to Mina’s to check out the details of my New Mina hair and here I am and I wonder who wears it better?(Meee of course LOL) .
Anyhow this hair is from the UBER event and lets be honest there is no way in heck are you going to be able to get into this event for WEEKS! The place is packed but until you can at least you can try the demo on for this hair, Molly, and right next to it is another NEW hair in a really new and interesting style but that’s for a later post but of course, you can check that one out at the same time as you’re checking out the Uber one.
But as always walk around the Mina shop first. The big blown out look of Molly is in a few of the other Mina hairs so to make sure to check the rest to find the best for you. This isn’t a small shop but because it’s such a simple layout you’re not going to waste time wandering around and having to go up and down floors, but there is an upstairs just in case you’ve never noticed. Of course, this new hair comes with the bigger colour pack and now the “material” and “non-material” option is now in the Hud and so you don’t have to change hairs if you want to help with lag reduction etc I have blabbed on about this feature before lol.
PS Yes this is the same free dress from my last post in yet another one of the shade options, I’m determind that everyone should go get this dress lol.
Then when I went outside to pull a few poses for this post on the lovely Mina’s sim but I ended up just snapping away. Just going to show you one of them though. The sim is open to all and there are some nice sitting and posing areas. There are 2 houses up on the hills and I don’t know if Mina uses one but as always if in doubt don’t go in, it’s just rude lol.
I left my AV on the Mina sim when I logged off last night and this morning when I logged in I just started to work through my notes/notices and noticed a notice off Leginadaire a one quick TP scored me a rather good FREE for ALL dress. I told you I get a lot of “notices” LOL.
I get so many things in my inbox it has to stand out from the rest for my tired eyes to spot it and this dress grabbed my attention from the start.
It’s the patterns, the dress itself is a simple design but the texture are very colourful and bold. Out of the 4, I’ve actually chosen the 2 quieter ones. The dress comes in all standard mesh bod and standard mesh fits but as for the shoes! I forgot this dress includes shoes so I can’t tell you which feet they’re for.
To find this gift it’s just at the doorway of the Legendaire shop not inside. I am in the paid for Legendaire group but I can’t remember how much that costs but I do know that GG’s are regularly put out and there is plenty of GG’s inside both on the ground floor and upstairs.
UPDATE because I logged in to LM grab and it turns out the Legendaire group is only 49Lds to join which is less that I paid so it’s a perfect time to pop in and check out all the GG’s and for that small amount you might find a whole load of new stuff.
PS It’s Ubers 3rd Birthday and we all know what that means…CAKE…OK not even sure if there is cake at this event but since most events that do celebrate their SL BD’s often do have FREEBIES I’m going to guess that there will be some.
Dench Designs have a brilliant promo on at the moment, this newly released complete bathroom is just $149L ! It’s all low impact (of course) and has so many features you’ll get dizzy. Naturally I plumped for the pink tones for all pieces, however, there is a large selection of other choices, plus options for the taps etc so you can fit it in around your existing home.
The textures are truly gorgeous, single pringle poses & couples plus a few of Amanda’s funny ones – such as the air freshener pose & prop above – love it!
