Getting ready for the weekend.(Freebie for All)

Not only a very nice dress but so many fits no excuse for anyone not to go get it. The lighting has affected the colour not in a negative way just a different way, it’s swirls of gorgeous burgundy and green which usually “should never be seen” but in this case, they work so well.

This is to be found on the first row of sales boards just to your left when you walk in.  It’s been set to 0Ld but I think that’s just for this weekend only.

PS.  If you’re wondering whats upstairs it’s a blast from the past, system clothes.

A work of art.(New Mina@New Event? & Mention of Freebies)

This new Mina hair is at an event called “The Final Winter” which is most odd as Summer is here or at least that’s what people say but when I look out of my window it’s hard to tell it’s Summer.

I have obviously had fun with the editing but I know you know I always say try the demo first so you can try it and make sure it suits you.

I’ve just snagged the “The Final Winter” LM and on the notice board at the LM it says FREEBIES which are in the hidden dragon eggs so when I manage to get some more SLing time I’m dragon egg hunting.

I could be totes wrong but is this a “Game of Thrones” theme?  I don’t want to shock anyone but I’ve not only never watched an episode of Game of Thrones but DRUM ROLL…I’ve not even read a Harry Potter book and I am not ashamed to admit it.  I think the only reason it makes me think it is based on this show is that the length, braids etc and the way Mina Nakamura has styled this hair in her pictures suggests it to me but again I could be wrong….I often am.

PS.  Mina is usually so prompt in putting the demo hair in the “New” section and it is there but just not the image.  Go to the boards with all the new hairs and although the board is blank just click and buy the demo for 0Lds.  Chances are by the time you read this she will have put the picture up.

Thank you Squashy! If you’re really fast you can join this busy group for free at the moment – its usually around $500 and will be so again. Im in a rush to get out the door to my real life job so I had a cursory glance through the notices in the group and snapped up a huge pack of Maitreya fit skirts in all sort of colours and patterns ! Great for over a bikini or with a T shirt. This store is MASSIVE btw, I landed at the link below right by some free group gifts but will return later to snoop around more extensively. Squashy said there is a mix of gifts given out from fashion to decor, and sometimes as many as four a month – deffo worth a slot !

Just Green.(Freebie).

This post is a classic case of why I should never do a post late at night after a massive mug of hot chocolate because I was so dozy I did a mess of a post.  Now it’s morning time and I’ve had coffee it’s time to sort it out lol.

 

I know there has been a couple of new Freebies at the Coco Design shop but I’ve not been able to find them, it turns out that the new group gifts aren’t with the old group gifts! DOH!

So, these pants are the new Coco design gift and you will find these and the other newer gifts in a separate area to where the old ones are.  You will also notice that on the floor near to the new gifts is a box containing another gift which is a pink pair of cropped pants which have an unusual feature to the trouser cuff.

As for the top, you may recognise it as it’s one of the Blueberry Group Gifts.  That group only costs 5Lds to join and this is the “Jolly Holiday” gift and you get a massive colour hud which makes this such a useful item.  You probably already have it and the rest of the excellent group gifts from Blueberry but now the shop has finally calmed down and you don’t have it it’s time to go grab it.  While I was there I spotted something which I think is a new group gift and I can’t wait to go back and check it out.

I’m off out today, a lot of window shopping (to poor to buy anything) and eat cake because cakes makes everything better.

Naughty Naughty (Free)

In the great home swap I have been searching around for new-to-me furniture makers – which has proved difficult tbh, over a decade in SL you get to know them all! I was looking for pool side type of items and found a fantastic adult lounger by Nerenzo – seriously the animations and poses are SO good ! (and not just the adult ones) Anyway I decided to join the group so I would hear about new releases – and today received a notice about a new group gift – Oh la la – popped over and snapped it up and I have to say I’m super stoked. 14Li, two options on texture, hot water, cold water, singles, couples anddddd adult versions included – blimey ! When I joined I think the group was $50L, but double check – considering the quality its well worth it!

Zan has been going on and on about the Maitreya gifts at Belle Epoque – so I thought Id better hustle over there and check it out. Wowser super pleased with my little haul for a group joining fee of just $10L ! A whole board of gifts are on offer but I really liked the look of this pink all-in-one look – just the one fit and its Maitreya (Luckily for moi)

Also snapped up this lingerie, it was a Valentines gift as you can prolly tell – but who doesn’t love love LOVE lingerie on any day! Maitreya fit only again.

As Zan suggested I did take a peek at the $10L hunt, and decided just to search out one of the bags (in pink of course) nothing else took my fancy but that’s not to say it wont yours!

We have finally changed our home ! I bet Zan almost wept with joy – as I know she felt our old build was a bit dated (well OK, a lot dated)

I’m in the last phase of decorating, and have been looking for those little finishing touches? My kitchen is more modern than the last, all black and white shiny tiles, quite stark really. I came across these wall plates – not exactly a new idea or even new to SL but all the ones I own are shabby chic chickens and flowers – love these crow’s ! Fit right into my kitchen and look amazing for 2Li and only $1L.
