Bubblez have a beautiful spring release for you this week, it’s called Zily. Such a feminine outfit, covered in big happy checks, a lace hem and ruffled collar. You also get the floral hair piece, a garland of flowers to wear in your hand plus a flowery leg garter ! The floral pieces are all modify, so you can really get a great personal fit. On with the show !

I’ve got a few more pieces that I really want to share with you from the EB awareness event that’s on for the next few days. Dont miss out as some are exclusives to this event ! Above is one of the sooper pretty “Nanette” tops from DMZ, there’s a whole stash of colour prints in this, sweet all over butterfly print and spaghetti  shoulder straps. The flared hem means it will fit over a multitude of things, skirts,jeans, shorts etc. My necklace is also by DMZ, again a few colours to choose from, “Summer lovin” is the name, butterflies adorn the thin chain and seem to be nibbling at the flowers. My hair is an event exclusive by Spellbound. A special Spring colour pack – there are a couple of plainer tones for those of us who aren’t totally into pastel hair and some totally fahhbulous pastel shades for those who are. The scarf is also texture change, plains and patterns.

Next up is a gift put out by Peponi’s, darling little shift dress with a grass and dragonfly print. Casually elegant and so of the moment. Easy to wear with flats or heels.

This has to be a hot favourite for me, what a doozy. By Citrus, this three-piece set can be worn separately . High waist navy skirt, and a white close-knit butterfly print T-shirt. Over the top you can slip the matching jacket !

Wearing it made me feel all summery, navy and white together always make me think of sailing and beaches ! My life-preserver poses are by Yoga poses, I snapped them up at the Pose fair which is ongoing till the 3rd of May. You get a set of five rings that pose you, plus the individual animations, love !

EB Awareness Event – part deux !

 

Hello lovelies happy Tuesday! Its day two of the EB awareness Event – ohmaiii have you been yet?! Well if you haven’t you’re missing out. I posted the schedule of events yesterday HERE– so catch up and don’t be a slow-poke *wink*. Today I’ve got some fahhhbulous finds from the event, above is a delightfully girly dress by Phunk – I’ve not heard of this designer before but I shall certainly be hopping over to their mainstore for a peek. Lovely blouson styling covered with butterflies !

Designs by Sebastian has a whole host of sparklies for you to buy. I was really taken by this set called “Devra’s Pearls”. So many options in the box. I’ve almost managed to wear the whole lot. Totally gorgeous, I feel like a little wood nymph drifting about in it. I don’t think I’ve ever worn anything so intricately made before, stunning.

It’s not allllll about hair & frocks, and just to prove it here’s some décor & furniture that’s there for you to grab up. All the items above are by Kaerri – another new to me store – that’s the great thing about these events, you always get to see something fresh. Super poses in the chair, the tub of roses is just 2 prims !

A few more pieces for you to dribble over – my absolute favourite item has to be the wardrobe – only 3 prims and the doors open. The bright red butterfly motif really makes these POP! I really was surprised when I checked the chair, just 2 prims , unbelievabubble.

Epidermolysis Bullosa – The worst disease you’ve never heard of

A new shopping experience with live show’s begins today, the EB awareness Event. EB stands for “Epidermolysis Bullosa”. Never heard of it? Me either, until now.

“It is a rare genetic disease characterized by the presence of extremely fragile skin and recurrent blister formation, resulting from minor mechanical friction or trauma. This condition is not contagious. An estimated 1 out of every 20,000 live births are affected with some type of EB. The disorder occurs in every racial and ethnic group throughout the world and affects both sexes equally”. There is no cure for this at the moment.”

As you can see from the schedule above, there’s plenty to do and see. I’ve wandered the site and it’s crammed with fashion, homewares, jewellery, skins, hair and more! My T-shirt is on sale and is unisex, it’s just 100L, and is a donation item, you can grab the bracelet support band for free.

I nabbed a couple of items to share with you, frankly I couldn’t resist , help a cause and look pretty ! This dress is by Womanity, its only 39L *faint*, lovely spring print all over and super tight to show off your curves. This is the “Lite” version but you can also get the full version that has a HUD for ooodles of patterns.

Womanity also have a gift out for you (thank you!) and its called “May”, a pencil skirt dress, beautifully done and a great fit. My purse is from Fabuleux, gacha addict that Iam .

Quite a few pose makers are there and Something New very kindly let me get my paws on a some coupley  ones to share with you. This is “expecting”, I had to dust off my pregnancy shape , Player had no issue with being naked (naturally ) It’s so lovely, that protective arm and gentle hand reaching for the “bump”.

We also rather liked this one “My Girl” and decided to take a walk along the beach to find a spot to use it. Nice and casual, yet ever so sweet. My dress is from d.l.s (dirty little secret) It’s on sale at the event also. Love how it falls in ripples down the front and curves upwards to show off a little leg. I’ve got heaps more to share with you over the next few days, might see you at a few of the live shows too ?! While you’re there give a thought to Burdeyna Islands, who are the Events sponsor, they donated the land, without that nothing could really happen , so “thank you” ❤

Easy like a Monday morning.

Went to a fail safe shop called RD Style and yet again it’s not failed me.  Since this is a special Easter offer I’d pop over as soon as you can and for 25Lds you can have this super cute little Summer outfit of mesh shorts and mesh top.  Gorgeous colour and texturing for such a small amount! Brill.  You will find this in the bag on the reception desk.  She, Renata Dragovar, has a couple of pretty 60Ld Kawaii dresses out but if you wander through the shop you will find the back room with all the seriously discounted items and group gifts.

Couldn’t resist re posting this picture of the previous shorts I’ve blogged from there as they’re so gorgeous I’ve still got them and still wear them as they too are such great texturing and quality but only cost me 2Lds.

I also loved this months Group Gift and for only a joining free of 50Lds you don’t just get that but all the old group  gifts which are in the room with the discounted items.

This skin was so good Faith took one look and popped over to The Dressing Room Fusion and grabbed herself 2 out of the 3 on offer because not only does this cost an absolute token 70Lds but it comes with SO MUCH!

Understandably a lot of the creators/shop owners promoting their items at an event want to create interest in their product but they don’t want to just give it away. They just want to give you a teaser of what their products are like but Hlin Bluebird like Mina Nakamura are  pretty generous in in giving you a full colour pack and in this case a skin with …..

OK going to have to do a little research on the Mesh Head as to which mesh it is for ie is it for SLink or some other mesh creator.  I do believe that the (AMD) Mesh bump applier is for Apple May Designs because I do believe they have some amazing baby bumps but this is just a guess (I’m pretty sure I’m right though).

Now there is a second picture to go with this one but since it’s a full Lola Tango boobie shot I’ve just placed it out in my Flickr account.  I wanted to show the Lola and SLink appliers because they have such a smooth blend to them and of course flash some more skin.  Will confess as well to playing too much with windlight but I’m allowed to have fun, this is a pretty and creamy skin with natural slightly bushy brows and the cutest pink and slightly parted lips.  Absolutely gorgeous.

AWW noo there is a Group Gift available or rather it would be if the GG Board wasn’t borked.  I’m going to drop a note to Hlin Bluebird and hopefully when I get back again she will have fixed it and I’m hoping that this Free to join Group Gift will be as outstanding at the TDRF skin.

Spring for men.

It’s good to have been able to spend some time in SL especially since I’ve got my hands on some new clothes from the  FATEwear Spring collection.  Everything is so mix and match the whole collection can be worn as intended or mixed with any other of Damien Fates clothing.  I’m going to re post a picture to show how this works.

I took this picture on the very day I had got my new spring clothes and just snapped the shorts with the FATEwear shirt I was originally wearing and even the formal goes with the casual.  So basically if you already own a lot of FATEwear clothes even a top up of some new shorts, shirt etc will change the whole look.

This is the shorts without the shirt to distract from them.  Called Gus and they have a more crispness to them whilst the other shorts, Hector, are a more casual softer linen look, the belt is an option with both shorts, but I think it just finishes off them perfectly. In fact although the shorts come with the belt included I do believe you can buy a whole pack of the belts – which dare I say would finish off any trousers/shorts in a real neat way.

I’ve given 2 LMs one for Damien’s main shop which is where you will find all the clothes shown and much more but right next to his mainshop is the FATEplay shop which is full of costumes for both men and women .  I actually treated myself to “the travelers” outfit but because I’ve managed to get into SL so little recently I’ve not even had the chance to wear it.

Just a fun picture as I’m such a rotten traveller.  This is Zan’s boat called the Loonetta.  She has blogged it before and I think it’s time she re-blogged it as it’s still one of the BEST boats in SL.  Maybe next post for that but look how big it is and even includes a toilet, bathroom and bedroom for only 31 prims.
