Last weekend Player and I went shopping – we don’t usually go together but Id seen some items I really loved and got him over there to check it out. The store is called Mazzaro and wow its chock-a-block with stylish gear ! After buying a few items in the weekend sale we headed inside the main store and noticed a whole heap of group gifts. The group is only 10L to join btw. Above is the Eduardo set, very casual and a great fit. Fits for: Legacy, Jake & Gianni. (Fat pack given)

Snuggle up For Free (Male & Female)

Nothing beats a fresh pair of jogs and a hoodie when you get back from a day out right? This set is just uber snuggly and bright. You get a white or a blue top and a white or a blue pair of joggers – great fits! I was mooching around a shop and because the outside of this shop is so beautifully landscaped I took a stroll and it turns out that it’s also the new(?)home of Caboodle.  Caboodle isn’t a free group but it has some excellent gifts out for us and I know for sure that some of them are still in my invent and will remain there but to me this is a new sporty outfit.

You get a 3 shade hud for the top and pants, white, gray and black, I think the black ones have a shiny satin look so they can be worn for evening wear as well.  You know me and sporty stuff, I love it and have an RL addiction as well, especially if it’s lycra and sucks the spare tires in and firms up the flab.

Sadly though this gift only comes in Freya, Hourglass and Maitreya and I’m wearing the Freya pants and hourglass top as these were the 2 fits I found the easiest to wear.  I didn’t have much bother getting a good fit on the leggings but damn only the Gazunga size would fit. So when you pop over check the fits of the gifts, unintentional rhyming, and of course you will also be able to work out what should be an easy to wear fit even if it’s not your actual mesh body sizing.

By Golly,she was right, IMPROLIBRA1 spotted that if you click on the blue makeup/beauty case on the desk it’s free for all.

You get sent 5 colours and each colour, apart from the red, comes with a textured option.  I’ve put the gray one in front because even men need to decor their SL homes and at 2 prims you can have matching his ‘n’ her grooming boxes next to each other on a vanity.

Buffed Peaches.

OK firstly ignore the body from the neck down because unless you have a SLink Physique body then you can’t use the Applier but check out the face.  This skin is on offer for only 75Lds from Pink Fuel and is called Sora and the Peaches is the name of the shade.  I’ve taken this picture in my fav Nams Optimums Skin and Prim setting which show off all skins to their best.  This is a simple sweet skin with light make up, you do get a choice of skins with brow colours but thats all.  No appliers at all in this pack which is pretty standard however with some shops (PumeC) they can be amazingly generous in what they put in their packs.

Of course the Appliers are in the shop if you want to buy them.  The SLink Physique Body Buff applier cost me 150Lds on top on the 75Lds for the skin.  This was my first time trying out a completely new body type and I LOVE it, I can just see myself using this skin/applier a lot.

The Applier does come with different body options Regular, Regular+Small Chest, Athletic, Althletic+Small Chest, Ripped, Ripped+Small Chest and finally Curvy. I’m wearing the Ripped+Small Chest in these pictures and in the hidden Flickr one I belive it’s the Athletic+Small Chest.  I’ve also snuck some lippy on in all but the first photo so the first picture is exactly how it looks.  But of course Demos available for everything even the discounted skin so try before you buy.

I’ll put the link to a Flickr picture of me in this outfit with me mostly naked and without the “buffed” pants lol to show you more of what it looks like but there are demos for both the skin and the Applier.

Must mention the sports clothes.  Both of them come from the Marketplace, the top is free and the pants are only 10Lds.  Both come with colour option Huds and as you can see esp from the shorts they have the buffed look by themselves.

DOH!! Shows you how treated we are but I of course forgot that if you have SLink hand, feet etc you get a universal Hud with all of them I’m just so lucky that I’ve scored so many amazing skins with ALL Appliers!  So if I have the time I might just try to get some colour matching up.

Missed it.

This is the outfit that swaffette Firefly had put out for the Mens Wear Fashion Week which I completely missed but now since it’s available at her large main shop (check out the NEW Board) it’s a good excuse to blog it.  As it happens I’ve combined 2 of her outfits to make 1.  The bowling shirt is a separate item from the jeans I just thought the rolled up retro jeans inc in the NY suit set also suited this top perfectly.

Decided to try to find a better background for the suit I also had and checked out  many restaurants locations and as soon as I saw The Mill I knew it was perfect.

This suit comes in 2 shades blue and black and is called NY city jeans set.  I used the charcoal coloured jeans with the bowling shirt in the first picture and in this second one I’m wearing the full Indigo  blue suit.   I actually prefer the jacket without the shirt and since you get all the layers that means you can chose to wear the jacket alone or with the shirt and not forgetting that those rolled up jeans are a great look on their own so basically a couple of looks in the one package. Demos are available and I would definitely try them both suits out out because you maybe surprised by the blue one, again at first I wasn’t too sure but the colour has grown on me and I actually really like the colour it makes you stand out just a bit more but not too OTT.

Inside of The Mill is a selection of seating from a table for 2 to this longer banquet style one, upstairs a couple of more private dining tables and a comfy living room seating area.

 

There is a Group to join if you want to be kept updated.  A really lovely relaxing place to hang out and just relax.

I must say not long ago there was quite a heated debate going on in one of the Groups I am a member of about mesh and non mesh clothes and it still surprises many people that there is still those who do not want to wear mesh for whatever reasons.  swaffette Firefly main stock is still non mesh and although she is making headway into the world of mesh if you want non mesh clothes then this is the shop that has it all, from underpants to wedding suits, shorts to jumpers, coats to hats this is the place.  There is also a monthly Group Gift set out and this month it’s a pair of shoes.

A picture can say a thousand words and in this case Scrummy will do. OK lets not beat about the bush here, there are 3 “lunch boxes” in this picture and 2 of them are from Follow Us and the other 1 is from Vitamen.  The lunch boxes from Follow Us are up to his usual quality.  One box has a Bologna, salad sandwich, pizza slices and a wedge of choccie cake.  The other has a ham and egg salad sandwich, crips and a pretty pink cupcake.  Each lid opens and shuts on a touch and the top of the closed box is decorated so just excellent well textured fun home or office decor items.

The other “lunch box” is what Zan picked up probably from an Gacha Yardsale and I think she thought they were for her because they’re called Micro bikini striped nude but they’re what we call “budgie smugglers”.  At first I had to laugh because they were so big even a well hung gorilla would have an issue with the fit but actually they’re editable so I managed to shrink them down very easily to a more in proportion sized.  Going to just let the next picture show what they look like rather than try to describe them.  They’re available in theGacha machines at the Vitamen shop.

Vitamen is a new shop to be because in SL underwear is really just another layer to put on but this is a shop of menswear to show off. Not just skimpies but they also have sportswear and boxers etc and all with that added bulge that makes them manly.

Spending Paper. (Updated LM)

I got a notice through from jomo about its new skin.  Called “boy skin Thin 033E”and as you can see it’s a very clean neat skin with great shading.  Come with 2 skins bald and with head hair and as you can see not that much body hair either.  It also includes a shape but I’ve not worn it and I’m wearing my shape from Tableau Vivant which I managed to buy it a sale which is over now.  There wasn’t much difference between my shape and the one in the pack.  Wasn’t too keen on the lips with this skin but a quick edit and I am so happy with the over all look that this will be the skin that I wear most of the time.  Jomo does womans skins as well but I’ve not tried them on for obvious reasons but I think Zan will have to.  If you’re not looking for a skin but want free stuff then walk to the back of the shop up the stairs and there is a whole load of Lucky Boards and free stuff.  Quite a mix of things from junk yard trash, to traditional costumes, household stuff etc and most you don’t have to be a group member but a couple of the Lucky Boards you do.  I’ve picked up the free Halloween skins which I will do soon because they’re pretty impressive.

I don’t usually check out groups or notices I just click them shut but this one came out while I was bored in SL.  A big sale on at EhR and everything I saw seemed to be reduced to 30Lds.  Lots of men and women’s stuff.  These jogging bottoms came from there, I got another pair in the more saggy ass type.

I actually bought more than I can show you because at that price and great quality I got as much as I thought I would find use for.  The jeans and top come from there,  Excellent quality and so cheap it’s made me feel better about spending all my Lindens on the skin.
