A hat that works for me.

I LOVE HATS, I may not wear earrings, bracelets, necklaces, bags ‘n’ panties etc in SL but I actually would LOVE to be able to wear more hats but it’s so hard to find ones that work with your fav hairs so to find this stunning hat which seems to go with so many of my existing  hairs has made my day.

Because I couldn’t see any demos I’ve taken the pictures just in my Nams Optimum setting.  If you look closely you will see that this one comes with a chin strap which when I first put it on was way too big but it only took a simple tweak to edit it to fit snugly.  Remember to make a copy if you’re unsure about tweaking so if you mess up then you still have the copy but honestly it was just a simple little thing to do.

You only get 1 shade of the hat base and I chose the beige shade but you do get a hud for the flowers, 9 shades in total, for the flowers and as you can see you can either keep them all the same shade or mix ‘n’ match.

This hat is only 123Lds and if I had been able to try the demo first I think I would have bought the fat pack as that is most reasonably priced but without a demo I wasn’t sure if it would fit.   Never mind as I have pencil marked another hat in the shop to buy at a later date, it’s the one with the veil and roses.

This is what it looks like from the back and I think you can see why it works, the hat has a thick brim to it and although I didn’t try on all my hairs apart from a couple of the “Big hairs” they all looked good with this hat.

It costs 25Lds to join the Sorbet group and before I join any group I always check out the goodies to see if it’s worth the joining fee and this bra on its own was well worth the price.

It is rather cheeky but I like that, nice crossover straps at the back and you can just about make out the little bow in the front.  You get the SLink & SLink Hourglass plus XS, S, and M fits and a small 3 colour hud but this off-white one is the prettiest.

There are other gifts and they too come in limited fits and I grabbed the big fat dangly egg earrings, the pumpkin and if you do join then grab the “Peplum”.  This isn’t the dress it’s actually just a “Peplum” we women know what that is.  You do get a colour hud with it as well and apart from the dark colour used in the picture the rest of the shade are pretty pastel colours.  I personally can’t see myself using it but someone will find it handy for dressing up a plain skirt or dress they have.  Again limited in the sizes ie non-mesh body and standard mesh fits.

PS. The Sorbet shop is on the Nouveau shopping sim and if the LM doesn’t take you to the Sorbet shop there is a TP outside of all the shops.

OMG look at this face!

If this face didn’t make your heart flutter then you’re one sick mofo!  It didn’t just make my heart flutter but I made a silly “squeee” noise but fortunately, I made that noise in my head otherwise people might think I’m weird(er), if only they knew lol.

I just took a snap of them in the Jian shop and then TPed home so I could prim check because as they’re set out at Jians they’re something like 6/7 prims but they’re actually only 2prims each, woo hoo. You actually just get the 1 but it comes with a simple menu which allows you to change the colour of the flowers and puppy.

Damn so cute and big thanks to one of our readers, Kiylee, because I actually would have missed this.

PS.  There is another GG out at Jians, previously posted.  If I remember correctly the boots are actually wearable but even if they’re not and they’re just decor items I think you will love what you see.

BTW That’s our sim setting but I don’t think it’s a keeper.

This is a post for this skirt and the shorts.

The picture has muted the texturing somewhat but this is a black denim skirt with really good detailing on it.  I was thinking of doing a “bum” shot because if I turned around you would see a very generous amount of bum flashing so panties are a must…unless you’re a trashy tart…just saying lol.  Actually, it’s cheeky and very wearable.

The same can be said about these shorts.

KEEPERS!  Need I say more?

OK I will, both come in oodles of sizes and you find them in the Un!qshop.  The ..isn’t free to join but these 2 items and a couple of other gifts are for free groups.  The …is new to me and from the small amount of stock in the shop it looks like it’s relatively new to SL, I never fact check these things as “I ain’t got no time for that” but if this is the sort of items it gives out as gifts then it’s one to keep an eye on or at least the LM in your invent.
