A latest round of The New Ones is now open and another glorious sky home from Erfe is out as a free gift. Just join the Binge group (No charge) and take it away. WOW was my first impression, a large fresh space, open plan living. Beautiful soft cream colours, parquet wooden floors. Lovely large fenced balcony outside to place a couple of chairs or toss some greenery around perhaps.
There are two rooms that are separate, I think maybe for a bathroom and bedroom? Love the panelled ceiling too. I added this up to be approx. 31Li, as a couple of the doors and frames aren’t linked – might be out by a couple though!
Never one to miss an event I headed over to the latest round of The New Ones. Great looking event with plenty to mooch at. I recognised a few of the stores but Erfe was new to me. They have a fantastic home for sale at the event check it out! Then I spotted this…
On a side wall is this gift from Erfe – was a fantastic way to see if you want to see more of their work – and I certainly do! Just join the Binge events group (its free) and collect this stylish retreat as yours. Basically you have one spacious living area and I mean…its big. Plenty of room to sub divide if you wish into different spaces – or keep it as is and enjoy the airy bright quarters. There is an open fronted kitchen area with tiled floor, a seperate small room which might suit a bathroom – then ohmydays that classic city skyline view. Texturing is spot on, sleek and modern and really nice attention to detail. All this for just 24Li ❤
I was out and about yesterday, looking for something interesting and possibly free to play with – when I came across this find at the ReAct store. You’ll find this is available from the teleport board at the landing place – no group to join just grab it. Wear the Hud as above. There are several buttons, an AO, dances, facial animations (I couldn’t get these to work with my mesh head) Then there is the green house symbol.
You will get options to rez items ! The sky home is an amazing 3Li and it super lovely, very modern with one room which would be easy to split up into different zones.
You can rez the furniture from the same menu. Couch, bed, dining table & tub – lots of PG animations included. Each has its own menu with varying colour themes to choose from – all of them are low Land impact too. I really loved the dining table – so many options for décor, meals, colours etc .You can remove everything via the Hud or keep items out alone or together – your choice !
I found this sweet sky home on the market place by Lamp Light. It comes in lovely pale pink tones but is also modify so you could alter that. Primarily there are four rooms, living room, kitchenette style area, bedroom and bathroom.
It also has two stylish round porthole shaped windows with blue sky clouds – really adds the wow factor. A faux curtain boxes off the bedroom to the bathroom – but really its up to you to utilise the space. Unbelievably only 18Li. You can buy this on the market place for $5L or head to the main store to get it for free – no group join required. Its packaged up and sat on the shelving along with quite a few other gifts.
We all know that last year Cory Edo the owner of Trompe Loeil was so generous with full quality builds and a piece of furniture as gifts for the “Stay at the home club” and since the world, on the most part, is back to full lockdown just look at whats out for us.

I clicked on the window and you get the wood screens up. It’s these small touches which really make a build stand out.
Today my first post was going to be those small plant pots on the fireplace. You can also see my horses bum through the window as I had to rezz this house on the field he runs around in.
This staircase is just so well done.
The stairs lead up to a bedroom which is pretty big, big enough for bed, shower, lounging area. Nothing has been skimped on this build.
The chair is the extra gift, you get 2 shades and I think this is the dark one. Excellent poses as expected with Trompe Loeil.
The table in the background is a Christmas Gacha freebie. You will see that there is a stand showing you all the prizes in the Christmas Gacha’s, only 25Lds a pop. NOW PAY ATTENTION because you do need the table to get the Cacha prizes.
The table is the “2020 calender” and when you play the Gacha you get a “key” which you then rezz next to the “calender” ie table and then “~ Then, rez your 2020 Key next to the Calendar. (You must REZ the key – it cannot be attached to your avatar.) The corresponding numbered ornament on the Calendar will light up, and you will be given a surprise gift!”.
Don’t worry it’s all in the note so read that and I think when I log back inworld I may just give it a try as at only 25Ld for the Gacha even though Christmas is over I’m happy to hoard my prize till next year.
Found a new-to-me designer called The Tinsmith. Grabbed up these two gorgeous skyhomes , at just $1 why not! This home is only 20Li – let that just sink in for a moment. Yes 20Li, two floors, little reading nook, lighting, 100% mesh.
The textures are very sleek and modern and would lend to some great interior design. Light and airy fresh and bright.
In contrast is this sky home from the same designer with light wooden floors, wooden beams in the living space and 3 spacious bedrooms !
This one is only 29Li complete. The bedrooms are great sizes, or perhaps use one as a bathroom? I was mentally working out where I would place my gear as I walked round – so pretty and warm. The Tinsmith has just six homes for sale and all are $1L .
I could be wrong but aren’t Calla Lillies traditionally used in funeral wreaths and or bridal bouquets?…I feel the need to Google it.
Looks like I may be right as on the one hand it says it’s “the most common meaning for Calla lilies is purity, holiness, and faithfulness” and “In addition to these beautiful meanings, the lily also often features in funerals because it also symbolises transience and death. It is an excellent mourning flower”.

This is a lovely and very classy simple glass vase with the waxy flowers. Only 3 prims and it does come with a resizing menu. I did try that out and you can increase it by 100% and it made for a very substantial sized plant and then I shrunk it right down so it would be a neat little size to fit on any shelf. The prims stayed the same at all sizes, just 3 prims.
I picked this up from CJ Creations. I’ve blogged this garden shop a few times, it has the most excellent oversized stuffed planters/urns and pre-made little garden scenes. I was looking to see if any Autumnal scenes are starting to come onto the market, yes there is, and of course grab any freebies.
