The “Woo Hoo” of the title is because that’s what’s written on the hat band when you first put it on and that’s the exact thought I had when I saw it.
Sneaking an edit in here. I’ve added this picture to Flickr and its been spotted by a group for mens wear which made me realise that of course this hat and probably the hair, without the bobble tail, is unisexed. So men, go try it as well.
I love a good cowgirl look. This hat just makes you stand out and I swear as I was at a shop someone IM’d me asking where the hat came from…naturally I told her.

Mina Nakamura does have some great hat hairs, wet hairs, dry hairs, long hairs, men hairs and even bloody hairs.
What she also has is some great colours in the colour palettes, excellent leather texturing in the leather hat. Even better is you can wear the hair with or without the hat or the hat with or without the hair and that bobble pony tail is also removable.
Yes that means it also comes with a price tag which I do believe is 399Lds. A pretty standard price nowand since you get everything you need to go “Woo Hoo” yourself its worth it.
PAY ATTENTION.
The hat IS included in price, the hats on the poster next to it are “PBR” eady ones. They’re a separate purchase, only 80Lds, but you don’t need to buy it unless you want a …ready set.
As always TRY the demo. I have put the details from note at the end but the demo is simple enough to figure out.

To minimize alpha glitches, you need to add the parts in the right order.
First place the object that starts with 01, then 02 (right click the part in your folder and choose add)
If a glitch does occur, you can try clicking on another material in the “custom” section of the color HUD.
The LOGO scalp version can only be worn with the LOGO Standard Heads,
it will not fit on the Advanced Animation heads.
