Free, Cheap & Maybe.

The boots are the freebies, very Christmassy and if you like the style but want another shade then those are for sale in the ADD shop.

Chances are you will already have the leggings as I do believe they were an old “shop ‘n’ hop” gift from the Vision shop.

If you missed them then join the ViSion(sic) group for just 18 Lds and pick theses up from inside the shop on the free standing easel. They’re just such good quality and with the addition of a big hud of colours they can be teamed up with so many other tops.

You will find them on the free standing easel and you will also see on the entrance wall a lot of other group gifts which have been shown to you many times so I won’t show them to you again but they’re shop quality as well.

As for the “maybe”, this top maybe free or it may just cost. I have shown it to you many times before and it was probably free when I first got it so I will check that out and do an update as this has been one of my “goto” tops for a long time and is yet again surviving another culling of my invent as I just love it.

UPDATE: The top is still a freebie from the Revelations shop. There are 2 area’s of freebies and the LM should take you near to the wall with this one on it and not far away are some lucky chairs plus a lot more gifts for other groups.

REZZ DAMNIT! (10Ld TeleportHub Gift).

I’m just going with this one picture but I’d have loved to have shown you the other colours in the hud esp the very bold checked ones but rezzing became an issue and I “ain’t got no time for that” shit.

These are in the Nala shop but are a TeleportHub group gift which is why they come with a 10Ld price tag.

The Nala group does cost to join but you will see dotted around a few other Gifts for free or cheap groups.  It’s not a massive shop so it shouldn’t be too hard however there are 2 doors to this shop and it’s the one on your left as you TP in.

If you haven’t gotten those Free Ugg boots that I mentioned in my “OH GOOD GRIEF” post then go get them as they’re marvelous, I will actually put the Hilly Haalan LM in so you don’t even need to read my post and the hint is something like “I can hear water”. If you do go to the Hilly shop then check out the row of deals as there are some quality items at very reasonable prices and that skater outfit for only 99Lds is still tempting me.

These, however, only cost me 50Lds and are the “The Saturday Sale” offer from KC Courture.  Why do I need another pair of Uggs?  If your asking that question then you’re obviously a man lol.  No actually although the Hilly Haalan one is superb and you get so many options, ie sock, liner etc these ones are short Uggs and come with a really BIG colour Hud option that allows you to change the main body, the stitching etc and for only 50Lds I can see myself using these a lot.

This is on the board outside of the shop and you can get a demo to try but I didn’t even bother as I knew they would be good.  The KC Couture group does cost 25Lds to join but check out the group gifts, inside of course, and you will see it’s worth it.

Hilly Haalan (For the Free Hunt Uggs)

 

Almost kicking myself.(10Ld)

I was just at Belle Epoque treating myself to something and I did check out the GG’s and LB’s to see if there was anything new whilst I was there and I had spotted these Mina boots but I’m pretty sure I’ve shown you these boots before so I just went on my merry way only for a notice to be sent out that these Mina boots are in fact Belle Epoque’s Novembers gift so I was wrong.

Actually, I’m still pretty sure I have either shown you these boots or a very similar pair from another shop BUT it doesn’t matter because the one thing I’m sure of these are a better quality than the old pair I have plus you get 6 shades in total and I don’t remember getting all of those! So I’m gonna rummage in my invent and toss out that old pair because these are simply superb.

It cost 10Lds to join the Belle Epoque group and there are other GG’s there, but the dresses aren’t a SLink fit, and I’ve blogged them before. There is a Teleport Hub gift, another 10Lds and WORTH it and yet another and a new gift from another bargain-priced group and yes I’ve forgotten what it was lol.

Before you go into the shop remember outside is 4 Lucky Boards with some Belle Epoque quality clothing in it so once you’ve joined the group and grabbed the gifties inside then kill some time outside and see if you can score a nice outfit.

Luxe Paris have a whole load of new releases fresh for the winter season. I chose two of them to share with you today but I must say as well as these two pants sets, there are gowns and frocks too !

So so so this is my absolute favourite of the new bunch, “Maroushka” is a complete outfit that’s perfect for the season. Stylish and warm, it will take you anywhere. The pants have a fabulous swirly circle pattern in gold , it really pops out from the black fabric. The jacket is  super on trend, Close fitting, plenty of detailing and the pants pattern extended to the upright collar. Dont forget for the incredible low price of $250L, you also get the booties, these are suitable for Slink high feet,and a traditional foot option. I’m wearing the outfit over my Slink mesh body, it says in the blurb that it will fit the Maitreya body too, plus of course the standard mesh sizes included.

My second outfit is called “Animal chic” and comprises of the furry jacket, boots, pants and a cropped length shirt. It does say that this is suitable for traditional bodies and the Maitreya one, but it fits perfectly over my Slink mesh body hurrah! (I wear the slim Slink not the new curvier one) Dead easy to wear and a great casual winter look. I really enjoyed the little detail on the front of the pants just below the knees . This whole outfit is on sale for just $250L, a brilliant deal!

Thrift Store Chic

The Thrift Shop begins today hurrrah! There are always so many bargains to snaffle up and one of my favourite stores is in this round. DUH! Has some totally adorable glasses on offer, you can buy them individually for 12L per pair orrr a fat pack for just 40L. I love the retro shape and matt lenses. Make sure to pick up a few pairs they will be SO useful. My fabulous running shoes are a new release instore, they come in male and female sizing and have a resizing ability so you can get a really perfect fit. My jeans are by coldLogic “calle”, I think you’ve seen me wearing these several million times already, and my top is also coldLogic “nicks” – don’t forget coldLogic has a massive 50% off everrrryyything sale on at the moment.

DUH! also has these dead cute fur topped snow boots at the thrift shop, again just 12L per pair *faint*. They fit so well, no editing at all , I’m wearing the delicate “sky” colour above – along with my coldLogic “knight” cream leggings which I lurrrrrve. (Ohh btw the coldLogic sale is only at the mainstore, not on the market place.)

ps. I have tried to get into the thrift shop, but the sim is closed at the moment, might be worth trying later on today.

I was bowled over with this new release from Bubblez. I hadn’t really thought about wearing shorts for a winter outfit but I have to say – it kinda natty ! This is “kate” and is a new release , in the box you get the sweater which is a fantastic nubbly type of knit with a contrasting hem and cuffs. There is also a scarf in two colour options and different sizes. The shorts are camo pattern and look to be made of a thick denim type fabric. The boots are in the box too ! Cute knitted ones that fitted perfectly, there’s also  pair of geeky specs to complete the look. I added a pair of coldLogic Jessop leggings, they were a perfect match in taupe. I must say I tend to use my coldLogic leggings as thick woolly tights this time of year – gotta layer up!
