I scoped out the Swank event the other day and they have a pumpkin hunt. Selected stores have a special pumpkin displaying the swank logo, join the free group and click away! Above is the YoU by GeMyles Alice Dress – soooo many fits included. My coffee cup and animation is the gift from Audition.

Also really liked this red top & skirt which is the gift from [GIULIADESIGN] really handy as seperates. Plenty of fits included. There are also décor and home & garden gifts. Event closes on the 31st so dont delay your visit.

I shopped my little heart out @ Swank – lovely Christmassy things for home and yourself! At the landing point there is a big Christmas tree and pathways leading to the various departments – check out the gift boxes – they are gifts for YOU! I’m showing a few items but there are lots more. Love these Panettone and the plate of cake – just 2Li each and they give out food.

Get your Summer residence sorted

Its been a while since I’ve seen Zinnia release a building and this was most definitely worth the wait. The Hacienda is such a magnificent build – with cool terraces, bright patio areas, and even an optional roof top pool! Low Li and the texturing really made me gasp with appreciation.

The hacienda has a gorgeous courtyard, rustic kitchen. Footprint is 20 by 24.

There is a demo up for you to mooch at the Swank event, and I suggest you do – under $400L for this – steal! Our sim is very cottage & country – I haz a sad it wont fit in , however I’m going to try to use it in heaps of photos as it will make a wonderful back drop !

I’ve finally SNAPPED! (Freebies).

I had gone over to the SWANK event and looked and looked and looked some more wondering where the goodies were hidden but it was only when I returned at a later date for another try did I realise that you have to TP to a really lovely decorated Wintery are and under the tree are the gifts.  This TP is actually at the LM for SWANK, it’s on the floor just behind you.

Lots of clothes n stuff for sale but I paid more attention to the landscaping/decor items which are placed in the middle of the shop.  Personally, I’m done with landscaping, I don’t think our sim can hold any more snow, tree’s shrubs etc but I would have been tempted by some of what’s here if that wasn’t the case.

This coat/hat/glove set is one of the prizes and the lovely wintery setting at SWANK was going to be a perfect backdrop to show it off so I TPed back to the event and snapped, snapped, snapped some more till I finally SNAPPED! It’s a lovely setting but with all the flashing lights it was a nightmare to get a decent picture so I TPed back home and got the snap this outfit deserves. It also comes in so many sizes and the fuzz on the cuffs and hat doesn’t have to be worn if you want a simpler look.

BUT, once you’ve grabbed the gifts under the tree don’t rush home to unpack because you may notice that around this landscaped area are other scattered gifts.  I’ve only unpacked 2 items, this coat and I’m actually wearing earrings which are teeny tiny sparkling trees so cute!!!!

BOO! (Hoo)(inc Hunt)

I’ve rewritten this post so many times but lucky for you lot I’ve decided to bin all those long and rambling posts and just tell you about the event and also show you this excellent bargain-priced Halloween decor item.

I went to the Swank event which is a monthly event and in celebration of Halloween has oodles of hunt gifts out for you but you will have to scan and cam for them because the roses you’re looking for can be either very small or very faint and in some cases both so I’m pretty sure I didn’t get as many that are out for us because as soon as I got to the back of the shop/mall I spotted a big entrance with a sign that said something “do you dare enter” MEH of course I dare!  What lies beyond that door I will leave for you to find but as you can see from this picture it’s worth a visit.

And as I was wandering around I spotted this.

It’s the burnt out shell of I believe the very  house I’m in and one click turns it back into a burning inferno.

Then when I prim checked ONLY 2 PRIMS so I had to check it some more.

It comes from a marketplace shop called “Gothic Horror Shop Biker Store” and although there is an inworld shop it seems to be pretty poorly stocked compared to the MP one.  The MP shop has oodles of Dollarbies, 10Ld and other low priced Halloween stuff and even at 50lds for this burning house the quality of it and the low primage makes it a steal.  I promise I have actually bought it but since it was set out already I decided to be cheeky and just take the picture there and then.  My one and only small moan is that it comes linked to the table it’s sat on, not a biggie and no I haven’t had time to see if it could be unlinked etc but it’s nothing.  Honestly you need to check it out

AND of course I still haven’t finished the rest of the Hunt in the main shopping mall and I’ve not even unpacked anything I’ve picked up so far

Cafe life

Circa have a fantastic collection of cafe pieces out at Swank currently – it finishes on the 31st of May so hurry up! The really cool thing about them is that they really will fit in with any sort of theme. I arranged mine in this Desert styled outpost, added a few of the magical cactus plants from Zinnias gacha et voilà! I used the cherry & olive coloured set, there are other options plus a boat load more to see. So low prim and stuffed full of totally lovely poses for Males & females – posing, lounging, drinking etc – Thanks Cherelle ❤

Gettin’ Swanky (oodles of Freebies).

I found this event called Swank last night and quickly dropped Faith a note this to say it’s MINE ALL MINE but I’m going to drop her a note this morning to tell her to get over and grab this first outfit because even with our overstuffed invents this is such a great find.

The outfit gets 10 out 10 from me.  The top and pants are separates and not only is the texturing 100% shop quality you also get a really BIG Hud which allows you to change the pants, belt and top.  Honestly I’m so pleased with this amazing freebie I had to come in from sunning myself in the garden just to post/brag about it.

I did a quick colour change to show you but this close up is also of the bag and make up, again freebies.  It’s not often I bother to show off free bags but this one has such a lovely gold colour it’s pretty noticeable and there is also another bag which didn’t match any of the outfits I tried on but it too is definitely grab worthy.  There was 2 lots of make up the first a nice simple lash tattoo layer and this one which is a full faced one.

To grab all of these goodies you do have to join the Swank group but that’s free.  I’ve not unpacked everything but I’m pretty sure that 3 of the items are for men and they look just the same quality so drag your OH there.

Last but not least and quite a different style from the rest, that top with the collar has a retro 60ties look to it.

Not going to give you which shops they come from, this is a small shopping arcade and each window has a gift in it and since I’ve not grabbed everything and I’m not showing you everything I’d hate for you to miss a goody so go over there have a look at the clothes for sale in the windows and also grab a load of goodies and then spend a lovely time unpacking and trying on.

PS Special mention for the cigarette holder, very long and stylish so if you’re an SLsmoker worth picking up.
