“Who lives in a home-like this”? ME of course lol.  Honestly, I’m so ridiculously happy with my SL home I thought I must remember to take some pictures of it for when I change although I am just loving this so much I suspect it won’t be until we cover the sim in snow that I will even think of changing it.

The other thing I wanted to say is to not be afraid of “Full Perm” shops.  You can still buy things to use for just yourself but if you want to resell them then the Full Perm packs do come with the rules you have to follow.  Obviously often Full Perm comes with a bigger price tag but not always and in this case that purple-flowered Wisteria is a Full Perm item.  It was I think 275Ls but it’s just what I wanted and only 2 prims so for me this is what I spend my Lindens on so it was worth it.

Now for the “1500Ld for 50Ld”.

The owner of Pink Charcoal is having an RL Birthday? or an SL Birthday? I’m not sure, what I am sure about is that for the group joining fee of only 50Lds you get a MASSIVE 1500Ld Gift Card! Wow! I actually have a couple of items from this shop so I didn’t hesitate to join the group and grab that juicy gift card.

Now pay attention lol, this is only for 24 hours so go NOW, ok maybe tomorrow, but now is better.  The Group you join is called “sinfulsky” and not Pink Charcoal or something like that.  The Group Invite is next to the reception desk it’s one of those wall-mounted iPad sorta thing but it wouldn’t send me the group link. I think that’s only because the shop is HEAVING so it was a bit laggy.

The actual thing you click to get the gift card is a bank cheque on the reception desk and if you click on that without joining the group is tells you you can’t have it but it also gives you the link to the group you should join and once you’ve joined it then click the cheque again and that’s how you score the credit.

This Gift Card is trans but I think I may hold onto mine for a bit to see what I can treat myself to but I suspect that the clothing won’t be for my SL fit so maybe I will spend it or maybe I will pass it on.

Into the light

Zan posted here about some really neato patches of sparkly lights from Icons of Style the other day. They were on sale at the colour me project event – trouble was me and another reader hopped and skipped over to snap them up – and the vent was closed *sniff*. Thats what happens when you’re a slow poke I guess ! Anywayyyy I’ve got GREAT news, they are now for sale at the main IOS store yippeee! Katia Millet let me know as she had read that we were all sad about not getting them, and I whizzed over to grab them. Sadly, IOS is such a bloggers/photographers paradise of poses, props and SPARKLY things, I got into trouble prettily easily ! I bought a few packs of the twinkly light patches, there are simply heaps of them, and so affordable I got loads. You can lay them flat on a floor, or as I did above hang them also on walls, they really do sparkle and twinkle so beautifully. I treated myself to a couple of props, above is one of the candle poses – you get six and just $90L its a real steal. (each patch of lights is just 1 prim) I couldn’t resist the light-bulb pose pack , again six poses and only $90L. If you click the bulbs they turn on and off too – brilliant ! You will find the light packs upstairs, be prepared there’s so many options and colours – even ones that roll across the floor. I was checking out a landmark and found a totally new store in its place this morning. SOC is the new store, lots of complete outfits that come with shoes for Slink feet, mostly at $75L ! At the counter was the above outfit for $1L, so I snapped it up to see what it was like. Very cute mesh mini dress, laced at the front – buckled at the rear, tons of details. The shoes are included and are for SLink high feet. I did have a little problem fitting it to be completely honest. I’m a lazy girl and just hate taking off my Slink physique mesh body, so that’s probably why I had to wear a large size when I’m usually small ! Well worth a visit to check out the goodies – not sure how long this will be there as it said “Saturday Dollarbie” – if you want it dash over.

The Challenge sneaky peeky (plus free gifts)

I’ve got a sneak peek of something from the upcoming The Challenge round ! I couldn’t wait to share it really, it’s so epic and stylish. This is the Transit and wardrobe seat from % Percent. I’ve never ever seen anything like this before, it’s totally unique and is such eye-candy for your home. There are two other colour variants to choose from btw, I just adore this shade of blue. Some lovely poses in the seat (plenty of them), one of them has you sat plucking petals off a daisy awwwww ! All mesh and very low Li yippeee!

Next is the gazebo cafe set, adorable and utterly romantic. The third gazebo is the relaxing hangout – champagne on ice, a crackling fire, would certainly round an evening off to snuggle up in one of the chairs and relax in front of the fire no? Everything is so well detailed and for the amount of decoration included the prims are very low really.
