Super Bargain Saturday !

Super Bargain Saturday isn’t something I’d heard of until today when Faith told me that Argyle Anonymous had put out some brand new guy’s gear out for it. Since I had liked what I had seen from her before, I had to go and get these.

All I can say is wow. This is one super fantastic outfit, absolutely jam-packed full of epic gear. You get the shirt & tie, waistcoat, cord pants and slip ons all bundled together.

I’m loving slip on shoes more and more lately as I think I have mentioned and these are just ultra cool with a great plaid texture, they just look so comfy (texture and colour changing versions of these shoes can be bought separately in store if you like them as much as I do).

As you can see here the colour on the shirt is absolutely gorgeous, a pale, soft yellowy shade, I love it. The creases look great and it also comes with sculpted cuffs that fit perfectly. With this being a special preview outfit, the shirt comes on the t-shirt and pants layer to give it that untucked look over the mocha cords (which come on the underpants layer).

 One of the best features about this whole ensemble is the tie. As you can see from the pics it has a great casual look and features some fab textures that you can pick and choose from plus a wicked little face tie-pin.

What an outfit am I right? You can see the way the two-tone waistcoat just finishes it all off and goes with the cords and shirt so well. There’s not one part of this that I don’t like.

How much does this all cost I hear you say? Well, if you can believe it, for a short while the lot will only set you back L$60! I believe that it will be at this price until sometime Sunday afternoon so you’d best hurry on down and snap it up. Slip These On

Slip ons are just so great aren’t they? No need to worry about laces or any time-consuming stuff like that, just shove your feet in and you’re ready to rock. You can pick yourself up a good example of these for L$25 today at SF Design for Monday Mania!

Yes, that’s right, swaffette Firefly has put out her classic slip ons today and they are brilliant. Oh so casual and cool, these shoes have a wicked looking canvas upper which is texture changeable with 6 different ones to choose from! Grey, black, red and the blue I’m showing plus a couple of edgier designs in flames and skulls, so there’s nothing these won’t go with. These are very well-fitting but you also have a resize script to use if you find they don’t (you just have to hit ignore on the texture menu and the resize should be behind it, or vice versa).

As I said, these are  L$25 for today only and are definitely something you should add to your shoe closet because they rock. You can get them at this price from the Monday Mania board located just inside the casual men’s section of SF Design and ladies, you’ll find your slip ons just across the way in the women’s section.

Romping about..

DCNY denim romper & DUH spring gift

DCNY has done it again…the perfect romping about outfit..fabulous detailing on the fabric and the sweetest little cord ties on the front of the shirt and at the waist of the pants. (No prim fiddling required hooray!) Check out those dainty baggy pockets on the legs ..cute! All yours for the princely sum of one linden dollar.

 Ive teamed this up with the spring subscribo gift from DUH. Now I have a bit of a *thing* for DUH bags and shoes…great fun, great value and very very well made. The gift included the soft pink canvas slip on shoes and also….you guessed it…bags! One with silver accents, one with gold (they actually attach to your shoulder,but I used the non animated version and edited it for my hand-simple!) The bag is just gorgeous, pretty plaid spring colours, tassle draw string top..perfect for a day mooching about..thank you DUH & DCNY!
