Why?(Free(?)Mina & Massive Mina Hair Sale).

I’ve been trying for days to get into a couple of big events and because they’re stoofed I’ve not been able to which is a shame as I would love to confirm it but I’m 99% sure that this Mina hair called Faith is FREE and add to that you get a FULL-colour hud pack! Holy Crapola! Faith is already one of my fav hairs, so obviously I’m just wearing the copy I already own lol, but to be able to snag this for free and the full-colour pack is AWESOME!

To get this free hair you have to try to squeeze your AV ass into the “Shop Your Heart Out Event” and I wish you luck.  I stood for ages waiting for enough people to leave so I could get in but nope, I’ve put the link to this event blog at the bottom of this post so you can see why this is a special event.  Don’t panic though as this event goes on till the 26th and the Mina LM should take you right to her shop at this event.

So I TP’ed over to Mina’s Mainshop and just stood on her lovely landscaped sim and pondered what to do because in her mainshop in celebration of her SL/RL Birthday she’s got a massively discounted sale on.  All of the women’s hairs and some of the men’s hair upstairs in her shop are slashed to 125Lds for each colour pack.  The reason for the rush is that this discounted event is only on till the 13th and you’re going to need all of the time from now till then to try on all of these hairs as there are so many!

These aren’t hairs which haven’t dated well in fact for a while I was at a complete loss as to why they were being removed from the inworld shop and then it dawned on me it’s the size of the colour hud options.  The discounted hairs are still some of the best hairs but they do come with a choice of 5 colours whilst the newer hairs come with a massive 10 colour options.

What a way to fill your invent with great hair.

You can miss out all of the rest of this post as it’s just me being spammy.

I get my Mina hair for free but I am a free agent, I don’t have to blog every hair, I don’t have to sing their praise, I don’t have to wear them all the time or bad mouth other hairs!  I only have to be honest and I LOVE Mina hairs.  Of course, I have hair from so many other designers, Dura, D!va, Argrace etc and LOVE them but Mina always just has styles that makes me feel “Oh yeah, that works” and even when not showing you a new Mina I’m 95% of the time wearing a Mina because I always just find the right hair.

Although most of her range is every day, everyone wearable she also had unique “out there” range of hair.  She also has the best range of men/unisexed hair I know although I will admit my knowledge of men’s SL hair is limited so any male AV will know what they prefer.  She’s now also coming out with a lot of little extra “options” which allow you to change the style of the hair, for example, the 2 new Pocket Gacha wins and each comes with the 4 ways to wear your fringe/bangs even Faith has 2 options the one I’m wearing and the other one moves the plaits to allow for bigger boobies.

I also know that Mina is a working lady, she’s in SL to make money and not just for making money’s sake.  I won’t go into personal details but being able to use her creativity and computer skills to make money allows her to look after not just herself but also her family and I think we, even I, sometimes forget that a lot of people actually do need the income from SL because it can for those who have the skill offer an income to help with RL.  Which is why I may hunt out the cheap ‘n’ free but when I spot something I love, usually furniture and landscaping stuff, I buy it. I spend a lot of Lindens in SL because people need support but mainly because my SL is my RL escapism and so if I spend some RL money to make my escapism just that bit sweeter then I do.

PS.  Forgot to mention that at the Mina’s mainshop LM there is also 2 Midnight Madness boards with yet again one of my go-to hairs in it!

Mina Hair@Shop Your Heart Out Event and I still can’t get in!
