Love it when one of our readers finds something and shares – and this is a real gem – absolutely stunning vintage piano that’s been left in a garden. The flowers, weeds, and moss have completely overgrown it and left it to become part of nature – there’s even a stream running across the keys. You can find this in the Love market place store for just $1L – I did pop over to the inworld shop but couldn’t spot it there. This is a LIMITED offer so dash!
o.O new event to me and new goodies from Lunar Seasonal Designs ! I’ve not got the whole set out above as there are lots of it but as you can see its super shabby chic and cosy. You can buy each part individually or as a whopping set. As is usually the case with this designer, you have a ton of options on the items, from patterns to colour – the wardrobe even rezzes clothing when you open the doors and drawers – it magically goes poof when you close them – so prim usage is economical. Head over to the event to see the whole range – event runs until the 31st January.
Somehow I landed up at the “The Crossroads” event which only has 3 days left and nope as far as I could tell no gifties, the meanies, but check out what made me open my SL wallet and release the moths.
A FREAKING ADORABLE Gacha win for just 80Lds, and if you think this is cute you should see the Rare, a floral painted car towing a matching caravan! I want the rare so badly I actually went back for another attempt and now Faith has the white version of this LOL.
I actually took a little bit of a chance as on the stall the models set out are child sized and if it had turned out to be a child’s toy then it would still make a lovely prop for my home but nope it’s full adult size and check out all that detailing for ONLY 6 prims! This is a decor item only so no driving and I can’t wait to get back inworld and put some suitcases in the back seat and move it a bit closer to my house and yes I will be packing up my red car as this shabby wreck is a much nicer fit to my home.
I have to go back inworld to see if I can put the LM next to the Bad Seed stall at this event and then I’m going to check out their mainshop. If the LM doesn’t take you directly to their stall just head for the “Cute” section as they have lumped everything into its own section ie menswear, women’s clothes etc. I’m actually dreading going for the LM as I so want the Rare so badly I can already feel that urge to try, try and try again or I wonder if a begging note to the shop would work LOL.

PS. The note that comes with the cars does say that if you drop the seller a note they will exchange your non copy/trans to a copy/non-trans and I wonder if I BEGGED I could “win” the rare lol.
The Crossroads Event. Pictures
I was mooching on the market place the other night and came across a new-to-me store called “Lowkey Shawty”. I was super chuffed to see some top-notch clothing for notta-lotta-dosh! As it was so inexpensive I whacked a load of gear into my shopping basket and paid. Voila! What a massive find this turned out to be, not cheap and cheerful but really gorgeous! This darling little belted dress was just $10L and came in the standard sizes, the medium fitted beautifully over my Slink Physique body.
I also nabbed this cute surf print tee-shirt for $10L and shoved it on over my Neve denim shorts – which for the record haven’t been off my lazy butt for like weeks. (They fit SO perfectly, no alphas required, full range listed below)
Another fav I found at Lowkey Shawty is this boho skirt and knotted top – skirt $10L, top $1L. There are a squillion other pieces to lust over and for those of us on a tight budget its a brill place to fill our wardrobes.
If you’ve been pondering getting a new home for the new season – look no further. Scarlet Creative have Greenlily cottage out at collabor88 and its pretty fantastical! For just $188L it’s all yours, well worth it. Take a peek at the event and you’ll see why I fell in love with this authentic little home. Actually its spacious although it’s deceptively small looking for outside. Meandering corridors with surprises built-in – feature galore.
As is now usual with Charlotte’s builds there are lots of fabulous textures used. This is the first for a longggg time that I’ve seen her utilise wallpaper, its faded, its shabby and it really adds a warmth to the space. At the rear fo the build is a beautiful and useful glazed conservatory area. I can totally see myself living in this grand old cottage. Thanks Charlotte ❤

If there is one thing that I feel really makes a house a home in Second Life – it’s the kitchen. Chez Moi have released a massive new kitchen – just in time for all your Christmas baking. I’m showing you a very small selection of pieces from that new range, so click the link below and check out the whole lot for the full effect. You can buy the whole set together, or pick and mix what you like as separates. I had a lot of fun playing with the cooker, food appears inside and pots & pans whizz into your hands as if by magic !
For some of the pieces you need to make a choice of adult or PG – each set is stuffed with poses and activities though.
You can buy the add ons individually, or get them as part of the set – this way you can really balance your prim usage which I always find so handy.
The kitchen island is very entertaining – if you go for the adult version, you wont EVER get bored ! It’s not all about naughtiness though, as you can see – plenty of baking and chopping also.

Aphrodite has some totally gorgeous items out for the new round of Tres Chic, including this fantastic tent made entirely of squares of fabric. It’s all knotted together and makes it fragile and whimsical. The anchor pegs for the tent are old bits of tree wood, dead cute. The prim count is incredibly low for something so complex, I was verrrry surprised ! This is primarily a couples tent, not essentially romantically involved couples though – it would also suit friends (in some poses). Theres eating, drinking, dancing and guitar playing plus of course , plenty of snuggles ! The rugs Ive scattered around on the grass are also new – very vibrant and shabby chic .
Close up look at some points of interest, new lanterns that come in packs of hanging and table varieties, only 1 Li and also turn on and off. The fabrics used for the cushions are varied and eclectic, some with lovely words written across them. All this and much more from Aphrodite make sure to check it out !
