Ok ok ok you all know I love SL animals, plus I have a bit of a fondness for fountains – so this item from Giorgia Design was a real winner for me. I knew just the place for it to sit, and that’s in front of my Linden home caravan. It has a really nice (controllable) sound effect of birds and water, and the birdies move ❤ Only $60L!

A new round of $60L Special Weekly has started and RT designs have another brilliant build for you. This rather fabulous castle comes with the gardens, a cave below, one main room and a smaller room above, all the landscaping in also in the pack – I admit I didn’t buy this one as its not *my* style but it might be yours. You can find it in the rezzer outside so take a look before purchasing.
New round of $60L Special Weekly has begun today and I’ve already spotted a few items Id like to get my paws on. At RT Design I found this home – complete with gardens, trees, a pond, animals and a two storey living space!
Seriously lovely, inside is a working fireplace, stone paved floors and a ladder that takes you upstairs to a small bedroomy type area. If you’re unsure about it and want to check it over before buying – head outside at the rear and you’ll find a rezzer – you can demo it beforehand. 98Li completely set up but it is modify so you can have as much or as little out of it as you wish.
I’ve been so excited the past few weeks, watching as Player Dagostino has been getting ready to open his store “The Fiddlers Workshop” – he has so much coming in the pipeline – such quality items and always with an eye on land impact. This oriental vase is the opening dollarbie gift. Beautifully made, 1Li up to 4m in height, two options given – one with a shadow, one without. Works as an inside décor item or, as I have here, outside on the patio.

So excited to see that Jacob Brenner of Imegica has started making new builds!! I was such a huge fan of his work years ago – so new stuff has made my day. The new LoftFive caught my eye, its just 5Li ! Fantastic texturing gives it a modern vibe. With its huge wood and glass feature window there is plenty of light, there is also a small tiled open plan area that would lend itself to a kitchen or bathroom. Grab a free demo, its a timed demo and you get plenty of time to scope it all out before it goes POOF! (The price is very reasonable @ $349L)
While you are grabbing up demos of the new builds, collect this sweet gift too. Heart wall tile, truly so sweet and just 3Li.
I started to landmark hop and landed on some stunning rental sims, sadly we’re almost outta luck if we want to rent any of the homes spread over ten sims as I could only see two actual vacancies and two which were soon to be vacant but I suspect as soon as a vacancy comes up it’s snapped up.
All photos are taking just using the sims windlight settings so even if you have no editing skills/software you can still make a beautiful “point and click” picture but if you tweak your windlight setting then you can make this place even more magical.
This is where I would live if it was vacant, a big part of me is now thinking why don’t I change the landscaping on my side of our sim to this higher/stepped island rather than the flat one I have! I’m seriously tempted to do it. They do say “imitation is the best form of flattery” after all lol.
Actually, they (Minnie Atlass & Boone Blanco) also offer a landscaping service just not at this moment as they have enough going on.
There is a group you can join which doesn’t give you rezzing rights but I do believe gives you updates on any vacancy/soon to be vacancy OR even better you can use their website. It’s a very nice easy to use and updated website which makes a change. From there you can TP directly to any vacancy or the main landing spot on each sim and of cours as long as you keep out of peoples homes you can snap away to your hearts content or just sit and admire the scenery.
As for the cost, quality of building and landscaping and a generous prim allowance doesn’t come cheap but owning a dream home and garden is priceless.
PS. These probably are not even the nicest places as I could have just spent so much time wandering all 10 sims snapping away so in the end I just took a few random shots near to the LM’s.
