Each week there are special offers for its members of two items , each just $50L. This week one of the items is the Geonna pool above. Absolutely huge and stuffed with PG animations for singles & couples, bathing and relaxing.

The pool is really beautifully executed with a central island and cascading water into the main pool In the roofed section is an area to set up a bar, a roaring fire and a couple of sweet windows to let those windlight effects stream through. This would make a big impact on a garden due to its size, and at 67Li isn’t so primmy for such a substantial build. Go and take a look, you can always find yourself one of the rez stations and take a good look at it before buying and test out all the animations. Don’t forget you need to be in the super fans group! New Pool @ The Outlet $88L

I’ve been looking around for a new pool for a while – well ever since we got our first ray of sun in England. I’m a big fan of The Outlet @ Seraphim and usually pick up hair or clothing – but to my surprise I found a pool! If you haven’t been to The Outlet before (why not!) its a cool place to pick up a few bargains as they have SO many discounted items from top designers. Galland Homes are the makers of this fine pool, its just 33Li and will set you back only $88 of your Linden dollars – it sits so well in my garden I’m dead chuffed ! The little pool house is part of the package btw – I’ve placed a vintage bath inside but it would equally showcase a nice shower or patio table & chairs. You do need some basic land editing skills , i.e.: drop some land lower to accommodate the pool water – but it was dead simple to do.

The Outlet

Looking good for 45. Special Event.

No freebies, apart from a lovely wearable drink and Hello Kitty balloon, from this event.  Turns out that Hello Kitty is 45 years old and in celebration, the shop Asteria has created a massive family fun and kitten themed fun park.

This is one board showing you all of the fun things you can do and the other board, not shown, shows you the pool and all the different things you can do in and around it.

The map doesn’t really show you how big this event is and even my pictures are just showing you bits of it.

Lots of rides and fun things for you to do either on your own, with a partner or if you have an SL family then it’s perfect even down to child-friendly places.  Which means of course esp when in the pool…keep yer knackers tucked away!!!!

Lots of different rides, this one you need to wear a hud and there is a challenge for you to complete…I think.

The star of the show is this massive Kawaii pool.  Lots of changing rooms and seating areas. If you look at the loungers it gives you some idea of how big this pool is.

Hello Kitty, by Astraila

A good excuse.(10Ld Giftie).

You may recognise the sim I’m on from the Spaceship behind me.  I didn’t need an excuse to return to use this sim as a backdrop but it turned out to be the ideal place to show off this 10Ld bathing suit.

The bather is from Continuum Fashion.  You get 2 shades, this green and a red one which does have a different pattern to it and of course green is my fav colour so this is the one I’m showing you.  Lots and lots of fits.

The sunglasses are one of the prizes from the Starfish hunt that I did in my last post and they’re KEEPERS for me.  I’m slightly kicking myself as in this second picture I should have also worn one of the cute swim rings which are actually the delivery boxes but are also fun wearables.  So if you’ve missed it scroll back to my last post and check out the Starfish Hunt details.  I haven’t finished it yet but I think it goes on till the 30th, no guarantee though, so I have plenty of time.

Skinny Dipping @ Twe12ve

Oh at LAST we have sun and warmth – of course my thoughts turn to summer, the beach, the pool and lounging around. If you hop over to the latest round of Twe12ve, you’ll find Lunar Seasonal Designs has just the thing for your sunny days. This inflatable tube and matching floating drinks giver !  There is a tube for single pringles with 22 animations, and also one for couples with an additional 5 animations. You can have the tube rotating (with a choice of speeds) or at a stand still – same with the drinks dispenser which gives you a brilliant cocktail. There is also an above ground pool for your garden with the same choice of textures and animations for 3-5 av’s – woot!

Playing away. (Freebies and Excuses).

Don’t PANIC! All is well in the Zan household, sadly yet again I’m working away from home and although “excellent internet” was promised it’s failed to materialise and so it’s been touch and go with being able to do much online and between working and a crashing internet I am HOT, BOTHERED and BORED!!!

As you can see I did manage to log in for a quickie and Sia, one of our reg readers mentioned the GG’s at DRD’s (sounds like some sort of weird code but of course “GG’s” is group gifts and “DRD’s” in the excellent Death Row Design shop) and although I know Faith has picked these up I don’t think she ever got around to showing them off, I could be wrong though and if that’s the case then this is a reblog and I’m stepping on her toes lol.

At first, I wondered who the hell is Courtney and what has she done that is so bad that even Aberdeen doesn’t want her…turn the signpost around and you will find out why.  A fab 1 prim item to add some interest to your home/sim.

Floaties and I don’t think they come with poses but they are so cute and have a natural rotation to them.

I should have taken some of this advice before I signed up for this job anyhow I think the whole thing, 2 chairs and the stand only come to 3 prims and comes as separates.  Even if you don’t want the whole thing that stool/seat at the front is a good addition to a home and garden on its own.

Sooo after some proper moaning the hotel has boosted its internet, ie turned the router off and on and I’ve been moved to a room nearer to it and woohoo it looks like I can internetty again.  So this is just a quick starter/tester and later on when I’m done working for the day I will hopefully be back with some more goodies.

PS.  I’ve already begun to spend my hard earned extra and I’ve booked myself a Christmas break, did you know it’s only 151 days till Christmas? and a theatre ticket as a reward for being trapped working in some of the HOTTEST WEATHER I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!

DRD.

You paid HOW MUCH! 685Lds to be exact.

AWW Damn, I’ve already broken my plan of action for this month.  I was only going to get 500Lds and thats it that was going to be my budget for the month and then I spotted this cube which comes with a price tag of 685Lds so I’ve bought 1000Lds and then I bought this.

I betcha thinking “whats in the box” well it’s THIS!!!

MY DREAM RL POOL!

In RL I am a water baby, I love swimming, I swim like a fish sadly that fish is a Flounder…geddit?

I go to the pool all the time for “Deep Water Aquafit! which is amazingly good fun and pretty effective.  It’s very similar to aquafit but you do it in the deep end of the pool so you get a neck to toe work out with the water acting as a resistance to make your muscles work harder.  This is an excellent exercise for all ages and abilities and for those who have joint problems this is perfect for them. So if you’ve been trying to find an exercise for you then google it and find out if there is a local pool which offers it and you probably will as it very popular.

PS. Don’t worry about sinking as you wear a floatation belt which keeps you suspended in the water and you bob there like an otter lol.

Anyhow speech over.

I’ve had to downsize my house and pack away my gym, there is plenty of space on the edge of the pool if I want, to free up the prims so I can keep this rezzed permanently as it just feels like a second home to me.  I only wish there was a land version but it’s a skybox.

It’s not colour changeable but changing the windlight settings affects the ambiance which I love and you do get 2 versions, this with the mesh water for 84 prims and non mesh water version is 71 prims.
