Neve @ Uber !

Oh Gawd some fabuluso new items from Neve are out at the latest round of Uber ! This is the “Betray” pants and the “Confide” top. Maitreya & Maitreya Petite, Legacy & Legacy Perky are the fits. As you can see above I’ve utilised the boot fit option so the pants fit neatly inside my boots – dead handy.

Four packs of four choices, shiny or mat. Metal colours for the buttons also via the Hud.

The jacket can be worn as a standalone item using the Hud, the shirt has a ton of options, even ones for Halloween ❤ Four packs of four or a fatpack. Thanks Neve team ❤

Cruising around yesterday I came upon a store called Zafia Fashion. I found these harem pants out as a group gift (group is free to join) Really love them and such a nice change from jeans and leggings! Just the one fit and that’s Maitreya but its always worth giving it a try on – nothing ventured nothing gained and all that.

The pants come with a Hud with more patterns and colours. My top is the new release from Neve at Uber called “hitch” – such a versatile little halter top I’m sure to be wearing this a lot !

Now I get it! (New Mina & Old Freebie/Dollarbie).

When I first put on this new Mina hairdo my first thought was “not keen on that fit” and then my next thought was “Oh yes!” I don’t know if this was Mina’s intention but this short sharp cut bob is perfect for……

…fitting over scarves and coats.

In fact, anything that is super bulky around the neckline then this is the hair for it.  I’ve deliberately used my chunkiest scarf and even taking into account the pose this hair just fits so well.  Obviously, it can be worn on its own but for me personally, this is going to be my “goto” hair for when I want to show off something with a bulky neckline.

Only available at FaMESHed which has just opened its doors so I wouldn’t bother going just yet as it’s packed.  I’m only giving you the Mina LM for you to try the demo and then bookmark popping into FaMESHed when it’s calmed down.

As for the “Old Freebies,” it’s obvious that scarf which I think a lot of you will remember but since the season has well and truly turned then it’s time to either dust it off if you have it or pop over to Tram and pick this up.  Tram has some lovely and unique clothes and sweet hair for you to check out as well.

PS. That scarf also comes with a fine hud of some great textures.

PPS. The pants are also old Dollarbies and they come from Shiva and I wear these so often that if they were real I’d have worn a hole in them by now as I wear them so much.

I’m British.(NEW Mina & Dollarbie & Mention of FREE Mina)

Being British means I can and WILL moan about this heat! OK, I won’t as I think many of us are in the same position but with the help of Sudocreme and one of those metal water bottles filled with ice cubes I’ve managed to cool my sorry ass down.

I often go to Mina’s and click on the new boards even if there is no picture up because sometimes she loads up the new items well before their release date and that’s how I got my mitts on this AMAZING HAT/HAIR demo last week, even before she put it out for us bloggers to grab.

Now that it’s out for everyone to grab here it is but don’t bother.  This is only available at Uber which has just opened its doors today and it’s like a fat dog in this heat, HEAVING, so not worth the stress.  As always LM to Mina’s to check out the demo.

The wicker on this hat is not only so fine but if you look closely you will see you can actually see through it.  A good example of it is the shadow on the wall to the right, you can see the line of the shadow through the fine wicker.  It’s the same with your AV face, you can see my forehead and part of the eyebrow etc.

As always, which seems pretty standard with Mina’s you get a decent-sized hud for the hat and hair but of course you get a “style” hud which as you will know allows you to change the way the hair hangs, plus you get a boob option so big or bigger we have you covered.

I didn’t want to put this in the title as I didn’t want you to think this is it BUT there is a FREE Mina hair also at Uber!  I will wear that hair in my next post and I won’t be surprised if you recognise it as this isn’t just an old thing dusted off and put out as a token gift.  Hazel is one of her pretty new hairs but I will show you and tell you more about that in my next post.

As for the Dollarbie, it’s the pants, I wasn’t going to reblog them but damn they’re too good not to.  You can only get them off the Majestic Marketplace shop and not only do you get this plain pair but also a patterned pair and I love both of them.  One thing to note is that the plain pair is darker than shown in the MP picture but that’s nowt!  There are only Dollarbies in this shop but sadly only 11 but you will see there are other pants some tops etc.

PS.  The picture of this hair/hat hasn’t been uploaded to the new release board but simply click on the empty frame next to the other new hair and you can pick up this up.  BTW it’s called “Carian Sunhat”.

Just Green.(Freebie).

This post is a classic case of why I should never do a post late at night after a massive mug of hot chocolate because I was so dozy I did a mess of a post.  Now it’s morning time and I’ve had coffee it’s time to sort it out lol.

 

I know there has been a couple of new Freebies at the Coco Design shop but I’ve not been able to find them, it turns out that the new group gifts aren’t with the old group gifts! DOH!

So, these pants are the new Coco design gift and you will find these and the other newer gifts in a separate area to where the old ones are.  You will also notice that on the floor near to the new gifts is a box containing another gift which is a pink pair of cropped pants which have an unusual feature to the trouser cuff.

As for the top, you may recognise it as it’s one of the Blueberry Group Gifts.  That group only costs 5Lds to join and this is the “Jolly Holiday” gift and you get a massive colour hud which makes this such a useful item.  You probably already have it and the rest of the excellent group gifts from Blueberry but now the shop has finally calmed down and you don’t have it it’s time to go grab it.  While I was there I spotted something which I think is a new group gift and I can’t wait to go back and check it out.

I’m off out today, a lot of window shopping (to poor to buy anything) and eat cake because cakes makes everything better.

First TP of the day=first crash of the day so I decided to remain logged out and checked out the SL Marketplace to save myself some grief and I found some things but it was these excellent basic jeans and the glasses which got me logging back inworld.

I won’t say these jeans haven’t been blogged before, but I can’t find them in my invent, if I have then sorry….not sorry because there is nothing basic about these basic jeans and such a handy addition to any invent.  If you think you already have this style still pick them up as you may find these Dollarbies/Promo from Shiva shop have a more up to date texture.

I was so impressed with these I braved a TP to go to the Shiva inworld shop and these are also there, on the wall with the other colours but these “tan” ones are clearly marked as “Promo”.  I also spotted in the back of the shop Freebies inc a very pretty pastel Summery dress which I was actually going to grab from the Marketplace but I couldn’t be bothered…keeping it real here lol.

Am I the only person who was sooo happy when I was diagnosed as being as blind as a bat?. OK, I’m not that bad but in RL I rock glasses and in fact, the ones I wear are almost as identical to these but I only have the 1 pair while this 10Ld version off the Marketplace comes with a hud of colours and all of them are good.  I didn’t bother to check out the Rebellion inworld shop as I’d already pushed my luck in TPing to the one shop but will try it later.

Today I’m going to Pinterest, plant seeds and SL like a pro because I’m sick of dealing with dumb people…and it’s not even lunchtime!

PS.  Those glasses are, obviously, pretty unisexed and you do get a resizer in the hud so go get em boys, and by that I mean Moz lol.

Just a quickie cos I need coffee!(10Ld Giftie).

I scare people when I’ve not had enough coffee so it’s time to log off, slurp some java and then come back sweeter and nicer but until then check this out.

I hate yellow but I’m not hating this goldish yellow and shockingly I don’t even mind the blue which is another colour at the bottom of my fav list but all of the 5 shades in this pack are so good, white, black, red, blue and of course these yellow ones.

Although they’re in the Belle Epoque shop you have to join the TeleportHub group for these and that group just like Belle Epoque is only 10Lds.  TeleportHub is a group I have found many nice goodies through.

This time I’ve taken my picture in my Nams setting so you can see the colour as it appears to me BUT these do come with a little bit of a disclaimer because you only get the 1 fit and I don’t know what mesh body it’s supposed to fit but it’s not my SLink mesh body.  My Hud does cover my Hooha up but it leaves a thin alpha layer at the waist and it’s not really that much of a gap but a simple longer top just covers that up.
