Ahh I knew it wasn’t really spring – the weather here in the UK has turned all chilly and wintry again ! I’m rummaging in my closets and dragging out my sweaters. Group gift yay!

Haven’t been to Sakide in oh-so-long, popped over and wham – group gift ! (The group is free to join btw.) This is the “Romantic Fall Sweater” and you get SIX scrummy colours. Fits are included for all the major mesh bodies no standard av sizes though. Totally adorable and a real keeper for moi. The gift can be found in the gazebo type area outside of the store.

I blogged this last year, and its still good to go this year ! One of your $L dollars will secure it – made by Linus Humphreys and updated in 2013. You actually get two versions of this splendidly sppoky build, the one above plus a winter style. The door creaks, theres a few bits of grungy decor inside, its just perfect as an Autumn/Halloween spot. You do get the landscaping in the box, but it isnt hard linked , which makes it optional.

I also snapped this outfit up for October from TBT, gotta have something with pumpkins on right? This is so cute, rolled up shirt sleeves underneath and the orange sweater on top, just $10L . The jeans are a really good find, they were part of another TBT outfit I also purchased for $10L. They are “fitmesh” and really do fit brilliantly over my Slink Physique mesh body!

Back to School

The shops here are full to busting with last-minute uniform shoppers, people going off to Uni, back to school etc, its crazzzzzzylegs out there! When I saw the new sydni sweater & scholar skirt from Jane, I immediately thought of “comfy” wear, something cute and practical with an added dash of whimsy. The skirt comes in various colours and pattern, all have the fat happy bow at the waist. The sydni sweater is actually rather stylish and could be worn with some natty pants or an Autumnal length skirt – other colours in store. Like my pug dog? Gawd I want one soooo bad I almost choke thinking about it (seriously!), for now I’m making do with this free mesh one I found on the market place – info below. The satchel is adorable, just $1L on the market place. I’ve used it as décor but it does come with an inbuilt pose to hold.

This is the HUD for the sweet pumps I’m wearing, only 50L and you get ALL the colours. Strangely they are not for Slink feet, just ordinary avatar feet, but I didn’t get the bulky ankle thing happening yay! Tried them with my slink flat feet, yes it would work, no I couldn’t be bothered to fiddle. The shoes are at a tiny little store called Karin, seems to be a sale on as most everything was 50L, also lucky boards!

So I brought my own deer

A friend of mine sent me a landmark for a place to go visit, he said it had deers. Sooo off I went, tromped about, and didn’t see one! Luckily I had a deer prop to whip out and take photographs with – always prepared that’s me. I found the outfit I’m wearing on the market place, its by Ramp Design and is called “Daisy”. Long flared pants that have a slight sheen to them and a totally girly twirly sweater and shirt combination. The shirt has the merest hint of see-through too it…which is lovely and feminine. Overall colour tone is a very subtle pink, almost undetectable really. For just $99L it’s really affordabubble. Ramp Design store

Sooo I haven’t really taken off the new coldLogic “valens” sweater for like a week – lazy? Nope I just adore it. Today I wear it with the under-shirt and no scarf – easy to ring the changes when its such a versatile wee thing. This colour choice is called marine – it’s a greeny bluey sort of hue and is dead pretty. I also donned the valens pants, same colour tone and all jolly & checked. My hair is a group gift from SF Design called “Danielle” it comes with a big colour change HUD, plus you can change the colour of the tie on the pony tail – don’t go pouting chaps – there is a “Dan” hair for you too ! Just join the group et voilà its yours. (100L join fee that’s well rewarded in monthly gifts) I popped over to SF Design today and whoa – its had a big makeover ! Really nicely laid out, easy to navigate and so fresh.

Couple of astonishingly good items to snap up for you. Above is the Thanksgiving gift from Dench Designs. It’s totally lovely and rezzes a boat load of food. The thing I liked most is that you can rez as much or as little of the food and decorations as you wish. If your prim budget is lacking just a few items or if you’ve got heaps – rez it all ! The chairs have some lully poses in them for both males & females. Ohhh btw this set uses that system where the props appear without having to get them out of your inventory, a permission pop up arrives to say yes or no – it might get obscured under the blue menu so keep an eye out for that.

Feeling lucky? Bubbles has this funky sweater/dress in their lucky board. Not a long wait for your letter to come up so give it a whirl. While you’re there you could have a stab at that 10L a pop gacha machine !
