Its been a while since I’ve seen Zinnia release a building and this was most definitely worth the wait. The Hacienda is such a magnificent build – with cool terraces, bright patio areas, and even an optional roof top pool! Low Li and the texturing really made me gasp with appreciation.

The hacienda has a gorgeous courtyard, rustic kitchen. Footprint is 20 by 24.

There is a demo up for you to mooch at the Swank event, and I suggest you do – under $400L for this – steal! Our sim is very cottage & country – I haz a sad it wont fit in , however I’m going to try to use it in heaps of photos as it will make a wonderful back drop !

Perfect Ten – grab your Platform Home!

Oh gosh, I’ve been super busy in real life as its – what we call- a Bank Holiday weekend . Just means we get Monday off work and everrrryone goes a bit nuts partying yay! Anywayyy a real quick post about a fahbulous item thats in the latest round of Perfect Ten. It’s by Lunar Seasonal Designs and is a Platform House. I haven’t had time to take a multitude of photos as per usual – but here it is in all its glory. Basically it’s all you could need & want in a  home but without walls – mmhmm – new concept which is utterly brilliant. LSD always has plenty of features and colour change options – no change with this item either. The animations for the kitchen are fantastic, there is even a bar area at the rear and a niftily fitted in bathroom. A little while ago I blogged about a free item from Maya’s, I was so impressed with her prefabs at the store I joined the subscribo to keep informed. Most all of the builds are $50L! Loads of styles , stores, homes and sim decor – brilliant price. I got a notice yesterday about a new build so dashed over to see it – but there isn’t a rezzer to do so – sooooo I read all about it on their market place store and decided “what the heck” its only $50″ and bought it. Dead chuffed I did, it’s really really lovely. Sooo above is the exterior shot, there is an extended balcony out the back and of course the smaller cozy one at the front. The two trees are included as is ALL the furniture, lamps etc – bloomin good deal

Here is a little taster on whats inside, as you can see its deliciously furnished, even the lights vary from room to room. Some adorable little decor touches, you’ll also find a ladder that takes you upstairs to the bedroom – complete with bed etc. (You will receive both furnished and unfurnished versions).  If you do visit the inworld store, make sure to go upstairs and check out the group gifts .

Ive never seen Scarlet Creative make something quite like this! This item is only available in the new round of Luxe Box and trust me, its worth more than the months fee. Fantastically thought out summer build, one floor but with a HUGE roof terrace to party , sunbath and chill out on. There is an infinity pool on one side and a bare gazebo on the lower terrace area for a shady spot.

This space is rich in summer time textures, that actually Id love to live in all year round. Gorgeous tiles, cool woods and lots and lots of airy windows and doors.

I couldn’t stop staring at the tile work, it’s just …almost….edible?! All info below on how to get your box.

Tomorrow is the day ! The latest round of The Arcade opens on the 1st June, so gird your loins, warm up those teleport fingers (or lazy boy hud) and join the veritable stampede of people all wanting to feed those gacha machines. Scarlet Creative has yet again come up with the goods – I’m always surprised that Charlotte’s gacha machine is just $50L a pop, everything is quality, pretty and you get a real scoop with every win. The rare for this round is the Nerites house and gawd its lovely. A fairy tale build, tall spires from the roof, a slight flavour of the East with the design. Yet every nook and cranny screams shabby chic with a dash of Victorian! This is a one floor build with aspirations to a second floor with the use of heaps of huge windows, tons of glass and a unique layout.

I hope you can see how quirky the layout is from my photos, it’s always so hard to show it off. As you walk around the house wraps itself around you like a comfortable friend, you almost know it but then find a little corner hidden away to delight you with thoughts of what to place there.

I’m never entirely sure with Charlottes builds, which is the front and which s the back – which is actually pretty cool, no defined way to use the space – it just works. You can see here the fantastic glazed area along one side – shouts out for plants and pots no?

I do love the textures used, I know I bang on about them but they are the fabric of the build. Charlotte’s uses such soft tones and peeling plaster, you feel as if you can reach out and rub a cheek against it, or smell the faded wood – each one to me is like a banquet for the senses.

Because I’m short on time but long on thoughts – you will have to make do with the advertising shot for the other gacha wins. Take my word for it though (and I’ve tested and fiddled about with EVERY piece) they are just gorgeous. I think I noted a couple of new poses in the sofa and bed which was a pleasure to find. Happy as  the proverbial pig in muck – Scarlet Creative have got this A.mazing little home up for grabs at the latest round of collabor88. Its called “Mockingbird Nook” and is just 39Li. Perfect for a little hideaway amongst the trees or perhaps in a wood. It gives a sense of space inside with the clever use of textures, but it is infact just one room . Plenty of square footage though to make it ever so snuggly and peaceful. I adore the bay window, it’s so pretty. With the addition of the side porch, you even have  a little place to sit and admire the view, or do some pottering with plants. Demo is up at that event so you can go take a peek. Friday Find – dont miss it!

It’s no secret that Zan & I love Fifty Linden Friday – and this week is brilliant . I logged in and dashed over to Funky Junk to grab this gorgeous home called “Shelby”. Ohmai, $50L and only 43 Li !!! The prettiness doesn’t stop on the outside though (which can be SO disappointing right?) Inside its packed with beautiful textures, a gallery bedroom accessed by a ladder with built-in teleporter. The chimney even chuffs out smoke !

Heres a few details to dribble over , the bedroom has thee most fantastical window to gaze out from, the roof is made of old worn tiles, and around and about are trellis’ with roses clambering up. Charming and pretty, don’t miss it !

I hung the new tyre swing from Chez Moi in the porch area – various colours and heaps of animations for singles & couples. This will be on sale at the next round of Lost & Found on the 22nd Feb.
