I’ve got this super Fiesta party set to share with you from Zinnias – So much for so little land impact! The gazebo structure is just 5Li, everything else is between 3-5 Li, even those huge potted fiesta flowers!! Shabby chic at its finest with some amazing poses built into the bench and chairs. Each item can be bought individually – so pick and choose what you want.

I do so love the fabrics used on the seating, the wood looks a little worn as if I’ve been using it all summer long. There are also discounts to be had ! Secret Sale Sunday – What did I buy?

Its time for a Sunday sale yippee! Great round this week with plenty for everyone (well ok maybe not if you’re a guy) Home decor, fashion, cosmetics all sorts ! Just get a Hud from the landmark below and you are good to go – the Hud updates each week so no need for a new one – easy peasy. I grabbed this whole set for $50Li from Bloom – everything you see is in the box – dead chuffed. Usually  this set is priced at $299 ! I have one little moan though – for those of us who want to know Li BEFORE purchasing – it would be SO lovely if the designers would show the Li – somewhere, anywhere !! I even trawled the market place to see if it was shown there – but no – so I had to buy on faith. (Ps. this pool from Fanatik is lovely BUT the side paving never ever rezzes? Any tips? Its not modify)

Winter Is Coming

My thoughts have already turned to winter decorating, Zan and I love to plan our winter theme early so we can get out and about spending farrrr too many Lindens in advance. I’m a big fan of Maya’s stuff, always stuffed full of furnishings, landscaping items and really cute animations. Everything in her store is $50L, and yes – that includes furnished homes with gardens!

This is the Martin Winter Cottage, a charming little home with a lounge, desk, fireplace, kitchen and even a loft bedroom. Every piece is animated and has the latest attachment scripts so no clunky attaching objects. What I totally adore is that Maya makes her items modify, so you can take out what you don’t need or want, or use items in other places or homes. I’m using a lot of her lighting lately as its so low prim and totally adorable. You get the snowy garden with this home, including some dead sweet winter trees and plants ! I would probably use my own bed (we always get used to certain animations don’t we?) and quite possibly add some more wintry plants – grab this and fool around with everything !

I’ve long been a fan of Maya’s – everything is just $50L, that includes fully furnished homes ! I like to cherry pick the furnishings from each build and stash them away for future plans – such a savage ! The builds are great fun, and always stuffed with animations for single pringles and couples. Anyhooooo I saw this little treat for Autumn for a single $ and thought Id share it – you get everything in the photo …well apart from moi – and trust me, Player would tell you that’s a blessing 😛 Maya has some fantastic items for Halloween too – all for $50L take a peek.

Get your Summer residence sorted

Its been a while since I’ve seen Zinnia release a building and this was most definitely worth the wait. The Hacienda is such a magnificent build – with cool terraces, bright patio areas, and even an optional roof top pool! Low Li and the texturing really made me gasp with appreciation.

The hacienda has a gorgeous courtyard, rustic kitchen. Footprint is 20 by 24.

There is a demo up for you to mooch at the Swank event, and I suggest you do – under $400L for this – steal! Our sim is very cottage & country – I haz a sad it wont fit in , however I’m going to try to use it in heaps of photos as it will make a wonderful back drop !
