I had a folder stuffed with oodles and oodles of freebies, dollarbies and otherbies and one by one as I tried them on my trash folder got bigger so forget free have a look at my brilliant bargains instead.

Basic beach wedges, classic, comfortable and in this case a bargain price of 60Lds.  This is LMD (Leri Miles Design) offering for the weekly 60Linden Weekend but she, Leri Miles, always keeps them out for a week so still time to snag a pair.  As it’s 60Lds a pair I chose the more neutral colour so they would go with more of my outfits however there is a bigger choice of colours all in a summer pastel palette.  You will however need SLink med feet and demo available.

Not had a good look around here yet as I was in such a rush to get these posted before next weekends 60Ld offer is out but if you’re after some lovely summer clothes then this is the place to get them.  Lots of tops, skirts, dresses it’s one of those shops where you will always find something you didn’t need till you saw it here.  OH and don’t forget upstairs as I always seem to do when I’m here, the stairs to the upstairs are just outside the entrance.

BEST MINA HAIR EVER! OK so that is my opinion and you really need to try the demo before you take anyones word but honestly I’ve had this hair on for days.  Apart from the factI think it frames my face so well it’s because at whatever angle you look at it it looks great.   So from the front, side and back it’s just lovely with such lovely details as the flicks at the end and the twist of hair which is used to hold it back.

Only available at the newest round of Chapter four and that means it’s a bargain at only 95Lds for each colour pack.  If you’re feeling flush, even though her prices are hardly extortionate, then check out her main shop even if it’s just to spend some time on her beautifully landscaped sim.

Warning, you may want to hold off visiting The Chapter Four just for a little while as it’s packed as heck.  Don’t worry though as this event is for 3 weeks so plenty of time to snag yourself a bargain but remember there is a time limit on the shoes, Happy Shopping.

I wasn’t going to eat that last brownie, I wasn’t going to finish that last drop of wine and I most certainly wasn’t going to SL and yet again I’m so glad I did or else I would have missed this excellent offer from Leri Miles Design.  For a short time only, so put on your ice skates and skate over there and grab it, she has not only reduced her VIP group joining free to only 25Lds BUT you get a stonking 500Lds credit to your name.

Chosing what I was going to spend my Lindens on was real easy because I’d spotted both items on previous visits and just like RL I love nothing better than a simple oversized mans shirt.  A range of colours to chose from all the mesh sizes and of course demos available.

This dress is now a staple design in SL, a casual dress with a zippered front but what makes this one more memorable is the patterned panel at the front and the lovely old retro fabric even it’s name Maribel has a lovely old twang to it. So I actually picked 2 items that I wanted to keep and not the newest designs she has out.  Special mention is that the 60Lds offer of some lovely high waisted pants are still out, some lovely colours.  Please don’t forget to check out the upstairs as well, the steps leading up there and just outside the front doors so even more goodies for you to find.

In the first picture you can see the lovely mittens from mon ami, free, but you can’t see the even nicer matching slippers.  A sweet little shop in what looks like an interesting sim so I will be popping back later for a good look around.  There is a wall of Gacha’s some LB’s and of course this freebie.  Simple and sweet.

Summer Fashion Festival

The Summer Fashion Festival has begun hooohahhh! Love this event, its hosted by one of my fav designers ArisAris…and there are oooodles and gazillionsss of designers in it this year. All showing off their new sumer-tas-tic releases…PLUS…everyone has a freebie out for you ! Lets get the ball rolling with a new release from ArisAris…absolutely adore this two piece set. Lovely hessian effect fabric with big bold stitched on blossoms…one strap and a teeny bow to decorate.

ArisAris’s gift is a pair of their newly released mules yay! Such a cute colour and easy peasy to set up with your skin tone.

It’s not all about clothing & shoes , wetcat have a brilliant gift out for you to collect…three props …love love LOVE them ! I’m using the rubber ring one above , so cute. My tshirt is from Retro…kickin design, great to wear with shorts & jeans …

CandyMetal are there yay! They have a superb gift out for you, this denim mesh kini, sooper summery and sweet…also in the gift is….

…this gorgy boho long mesh skirt. Bikini for the beach…slip into the skirt for a wander up to the cafe for icecreams huh?!

New designer to me next called Fashion Fears, wasnt sure what to expect but was impressed with their gift offering . The Belle mesh dress is beautiful, peachy cream bodice and a blue floral skirt, when I’ve got time I shall investigate their store. Gifts are a great way to try out a new store ! My hat is by Eclectica, it’s a new release and I’ve been playing with it for a few days now. It comes in two versions, with hair or without, the hair is colour change too. The hat itself is just adorable, and you can pretty much re-texture all parts of it via a simple dimple menu. It’s SO versatile, grab yourself one of these and you’ve got headwear for all occasions . I thought the white was just right for a beach stroll…but of course with the range of colour tones in the menu it will also work for evenings etc.

Last up for today, is the gift from Leri Miles Designs…pretty little sheath of a frock in  a delightful china blue shade. Great fit, especially around the arm holes, which for some reason I tend to have probs with a lot.

Buddy Walk

I’m finally back and able to feel up to blogging hurrah! So on with the show and let’s get the ball rolling with The Buddy Walk event. If you’re not familiar with this event here’s a little snippet from the press release:

“The SL Buddy Walk was created to celebrate the World Down Syndrome Day in Second Life. Many of your favorite SL entertainers and store brands will be taking part to promote and raise money for Down Syndrome awareness. The Buddy Walk® was established in 1995 by the National Down Syndrome Society to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness and to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.All donations collected from this event are given directly to the NDSS. They will be used for supporting the National Down Syndrome Society’s education, research and advocacy efforts on behalf of the more than 400,000 individuals with Down Syndrome in the United States.”

There are a ton of great designers all supporting this, such as Sakide who’s frock I am wearing above, close up is to show the absolootly stunning necklace which is also on offer by Designs By Sebastian. My skin is another Buddy Walk item, its by Amacci and is called Emma. I chose to wear the pale version which is so very pretty and delicate, but there are darker options available. My hair is by a newwww designer called {Quandry}, this style is Nancy, I really like it. Sweet natural styling. Infact I liked it SO much I tried to find their store to grab a few demos etc..but at the moment it looks like there isnt, fingers crossed for more from them !

It’s not only clothing, you’ll find a load of decor items for your homes & garden, including one of my fav designers Cleom Bailey. This is one of her offerings for The Buddy Walk, big old comfy chair with an array of poses, footstool and table…theres also some couply snuggles in it awww ! The pantssuit I have on is by Leri Miles Designs, funky huh?! Squillions of colours in this so go take a peek and grab one up. I headed over to take a look around, it’s a lovely spacious area to meander through and not too busy either. Last Jumper For Winter New Jumper For Spring

Quickest post ever because as soon as I logged inworld and went through my notices and spotted this I had to run and get it.  Thank Goodness Leri Miles was away for a few days which means she was late in placing out her Lazy Sunday item so she’s kept it going for a couple more days. A lovely knitted cropped sweater, great texturing and a great look for spring.  Not sure how long she is keeping it out or how much it will be full priced but if your quick you can grab it at the bargain price of 75Lds.  Right next to it is another offer of a slashed hemmed top for 60Lds with a great choice of fresh colours.

If it wasn’t for the fact this is “poverty week” in RL, that means payday isn’t till the end of the week, I would have picked up a couple  of items for my own personal use as even in my overstuffed invent I can see things I could wear often.  OH! and join her Group because at 50Lds the dress you get is worth it and who knows what other goodies you may get in the future.

Oh gawd..I’m so getting mesh fever lately…when I saw the preview of Leri Miles gift for the seasons palette hunt, I just HAD to go find it. (And you all know how bad Iam at hunts!) It’s wasnt sooo hard to find but it also ensured I got a good tour around the store, which is a greaaaaat thing cause Im sure like me, you usually miss whats around you when you’re hunting and you surely don’t want to miss the goodies on offer here !

The dress is mesh, so you will need a mesh enabled viewer to see it properly. In the box you have a choice of two sizes which is handy dandy..one fitted my shape perfectly with no shape  modding required. The dress is just so glamorous…almost vintage in style..reminds me of those Hollywood starlets on the red carpet..slit to the  thigh along one side..the fabric is gorgeous..faded pinky burgundy tones…a halter top…adorbs. I love how it clung to my body and moved with me ~happy sigh~…go get lucky and hunt it down !

Oh yummmi…I adore tight exotic looking leggings, they are just SO handy dandy…Leri Miles Designs has some newww ones out and they are pretty scrumptious…Im showing the alligator which comes in this shockingly edible shade of greeeeen ! Gawd you can get a fat pack if you’re greedy that contains Alligator, Bengal, Leopard, White Tiger & Zebra for just 350L or individually 100L a set…

Another bundle of newness is the playful overall’s..I loved the red shade..uhm..I think you should prolly wear a tee under them..but hey..nipples rock! These would also make for sooper maternity wear…I will try them later with my *belly* shape ! Hop over and take a gander..I saw some totally adorb new jackets on display too! Thanks Leri xx
