Low cost scene stealers

I found this chair with assorted decor on the market place yesterday – really like it. At 8Li it’s not the lowest BUT, for using as a prop or perhaps a feature in the corner of a room its dead brill. There are a number of colour options to choose from, uhm…I bought them all because (like I need an excuse!) they are only $20L – I call that a steal. Richly detailed and fantastically textured, whats not to love. 21Shoe – KoiKoi hits the spot

 

Only four more days to go until 21Shoe begins ! Twentyfour hours to dash around and snaffle up those two for one deals. KoiKoi has a really lovely surprise for us, not only two pairs for us chicks but also two for the guys yay! I’m wearing the “soft boots” above and these little beauties are just what I’ve been looking for. You can wear them over your ordinary feet, no slink required.

You also get a HUD that allows you not only to switch the sock tops on or off but also gives you a choice of some snazzy sock colours. (Different colour options for the guys)

The second pair is just SO me ! I bet most of you have a pair of shoes somewhat like these in your cupboards right? I admit that I wear these a LOT, they kinda are my slippers, my dog walking shoes and general all-purpose bestie ever footwear. Ohhh must mention my newww hair ! It’s by KoLoReS and is on sale in various colour packs at the CosplaySL event that runs from 15th – 30th November. Its called Kimiko and is a pretty funky ruffled style.

There is a HUD included so you can fiddle with the pink and black, button,strap,sole etc. Not sure what colours the guys get but I reckon it isn’t pink !(I just checked and its black and a really gorgy blue)

Its The Candy Fair and I cant sit still

Gawd my back is just SO bad at the moment – I really can’t sit at my puter for longer than 20 – 30 mins. However I just HAD to get over to The Candy Fair ! Eku Zhong @ KoiKoi ever so kindly sent over her delicious new  Candy Popper shoes that are in a gacha for the event – these are for the Mid SLink feet. (So lovely to get some Mid feet newness yay!) 50L  a pop, can’t get better than that – well actually you can – cause at such a small price you can afford to have heaps of goes… right?! Please also note that after the fair is over you can swap your transfer shoes for a mod/copy version if you so wish.

Each pair is decadently decorated with a cherry and icing that is slithering down the sides of the shoe. The heel is made from an ice cream cone, love that they are ultra novel and jolly. There are Soooo many colours to win you surely wont be disappointed with whatever colour you win. You will find the shoes in the gacha garden, which when I went was totally packed out and stuffed with so many goodies I’m kinda glad that I couldn’t stay for long ! Thanks Eku ❤

Falling Leaves

Oh gosh – coldLogic has thee most ginormous Autumnal release you ever did see. There are pants and tops, skirt and shirts, dresses, complete outfits – everyyyything you ever could need for the season ! I plucked a few things out to share with you today, that grabbed my attention straight off the bat – these “leck” pants are terrific – beautiful linen look fabric, lotsa pockets & zips, bow tied at the ankle – teamed up with the cropped “leray” shirt its a real comfy winner for me. Great selection of seasonal tones in both – theres a scrummy rust tone that I particularly liked too. My hair is also new – from KoKoLoReS and called ” Erin”, sweet plait hangs down one side a realllllly long way – good choice of colours, something for everyone !

A little too posh for yardwork really ! Love these “wheaton” pants – checked all over and some lovely subtle colours to choose from that will mingle in with heaps of your tops. I especially like the cuff choice coldLogic gives us, you’re bound to find just the right cuff style to fit with all your boots and shoes. I’m wearing them with the ever-so-useful “webb” top – looks like you’ve got two shirts on top of each other, three-quarter length sleeves give it a casual feel.

Now for something completely different ! This is the “whitby” dress, which so far, is my favourite of the new collection. I was hoping that the optional sleeves would be used again – and here they are ! Two alphas given so you can wear the sleeves , or not – your choice. Without them its a definite evening wear item – with them I think, you could get away with it being somewhat more casual, or even some heavier weight tights and boots maybe? I’m gonna fiddle with them tonight and see what comes out of my inventory ! Annnyyyyywayyy, this is whitby in gold, which was a nice surprise for me – I totally fell in love with it – and it’s not PINK *gasp*.

Here it is in crimson – love the front thigh slit ! I found the fit exceptionally fantastic on this piece, sometimes its a trade-off between perfect fitting front, ever so tiny gap at the back – but the small fitted like a glove ALL around . Notice the shading details on the bust area and hem? Mmmhhmmm, matches up with the sleeves so well doesn’t it? Must give a shout out to KoiKoi for shooz ! These are on my trotters  a lot, “Tahiti”, my go-to-pair, classic style and the fatty pack has everything you could ever need ! (for slink high feet btw) Ok, time to rummage around the rest of the collection  – SO excited !

More news from coldLogic, make the most of the last remaining days of summer and treat yourself to this sweet little frock. Its called “martin” and comes in a few lully colours. I opted for white as I was feeling all pure & innocent this morning *wink*. I’m wearing it over my Slink Physique body, as you can see it really is thee perfect fit ! My hair is from new-to-me store Pollen , it’s located inside the Maxi Gossamer store , only a handful of styles at the moment but I really liked them all ! Fingers crossed for more to come. Of course while I was in MG I had to take a peek at the flash sale items. It said for the weekend, but as of 10.30am GMT its still on – so dash if you wanna pick up some real steals – I certainly did !

This is “sanders”, also from coldLogic. Id call it a day dress but if you wore a hat and glammed up it would also make a lovely partay outfit. I’m prancing about in the lavender tone which is sooper pretty and feminine, teamed up with my new KoiKoi shoes “candy snake”. I’m wearing one of my all time fav hair-do’s from Mina, its called llse, such a natural style which makes it über useful.

The sweet dining set is by DH, really low prim and only 1L – it also gives out a cup of splosh to wear – love ! Perfect for a smaller home or to brighten up a dingy corner.

Always brings a smile to my face when theres free shooz about ! KoiKoi have these darling dotty peep toe heels out as their subscribo gift – free to join also. Totally lovely, and of course PINK ! You need the SLink high feet to wear these btw. Nip over and grab a pair, bet you don’t leave without snapping up some others too.

Whats a girl to wear with new shoes? New bathing suit of course. This delightful little number is a new release from HED – the store appears to be market place based only currently and I don’t spy any demo’s there – however all the gear seems very affordable. The swimsuit is part of a set called “The Aloha Summer set”, you get a HUD that has seven fabric options yay! Plus earrings, necklace and matching appliers for Slink nail polish – toes & feet.
