Another quickie.(200Ld Gift Card).

I went to the “PP” shop to hunt down their “The Beach Bunny” prize but the first thing I spotted is that on the desk is a Freebie for all so of course, I grabbed it and how generous as it’s a 200Lds gift card and a lot of whats in this shop is 199Lds and under.

I struggled because even though this is a smaller shop there were about 4 outfits that had me stood there thinking “that’s niceeeee” but in the end, I picked up these gloves for just 99Lds as I thought they would be handier for me but before you make your mind up check out upstairs as well as downstairs before you decide.  I know that when I log in I might just use my remaining 101Lds to buy one of the hats.

The gift card is also trans so even if you don’t think you will use it it will be a nice gift to pass on to a lover/friend/noob but don’t bother trying to get more than one as I did try, I’m sneaky, and it is only one per person.

PS. I did find the Bunny Hunt prize but I’m going to leave that as a surprise for you.

OK, the gloves I’m wearing are in a Lucky Board BUT you only get the 1 shade, however, the full priced pack which comes in Slink, Maitreya and one standard fit only cost 220Lds and I don’t think that it unreasonable esp since these are Bento Gloves.  You don’t need Bento hands for these gloves as you take your hands off but you will need a Bento enabled viewer and I guess some sort of Bento Hand Hud, obviously, I just used my SLink one.  Anyhow, Demo there for you to try before you buy or of course you can simply kill some SL time and just loiter to grab the free pair or any of the other gifts that come up on the LB’s and there is also a couple of Free Group gifts.

PS the paid for pack contains 10 colours everything between classic white, scorching red and the blackest of black.

Just a mention about the hair which is called Blair and yes I know it sometimes sounds like every Mina hair is my fav when actually I don’t like every Mina hair! Shocking I know but we all know as good as a hair looks in pictures when you put it on your AV it sometimes just doesn’t gel.  That doesn’t happen often with Mina hair for me but it still happens and that’s why I always say “try before you buy” or else you may regret it.  Anyhow Blair is one of my favs.  I’m wearing one of the gray shades not just because it goes with the whole look but we all know that the gray shades in SL are very hard to do as it’s hard to use that shade and not have it look as though the item just hasn’t rezzed properly.  You can see that with the detailling she’s managed to make each strand stand out.  Even though, I think, this hair is at least 2 years old it’s still top quality.

Blimey its been a while eh? I’ve been unable to get any free time at ALL the last coupla weeks (don’t ask!) but hey ho , here I am again. Had to share this new release with you from Chez Moi – currently gracing our frozen pond , this is “Happy Bear Yellowknife”. Gorgeous old bear stuck in a heap of snow, some attached bare trees and some sweet poses to play around with. This is on sale at the latest round of The Chapter Four, link below.

You might have noticed my supduper new rara inspired skirt and top – newwwwwness from Neve to start the New Year off just right! “Buttons” top and the “Sherlock” skirt…gawd it makes me ever so perky wearing it. As is usual with Neve you get a pile of options on the Huds, four colours per pack and different packs for each style with plaids etc.

Top notch fabric with adorable details and OHmaiiiii – gloves! Now I’ve been slow off the mark with Bento , Zan has tried it all out but I need to update my viewer and fool around with it all. The gloves are stupendous and do come with pairs for Bento yippeee! “Toasties” come in plain woollen, stripes and a scrumptious leather. Btw I grabbed up a lovely freebie from The Gacha Garden (free to join group) a small palette of lip colours from Birth – one of which I’m wearing above.

Faith and I have our preferred shops and designers/events etc and we usually don’t step on each others toes but she’s away and I couldn’t help but grab the GG’s from Cest La Vie.

Actually there is quite a few freebies in this picture but sadly not the hair.  A lot of our readers will have noticed the same hair in lots of my recent posts and that’s because yet again another Mina hair that I adore. I’ve already given details of it so this is just a shortened version, a Mina hair available@the Arcade, and now many Arcade yard sales that have popped up, BUT you don’t just get the 1 shade you get a shade pack! Flipping generous esp with the price tag of only 75Lds!!!

That delightful bow and scarf are 2 freebies from Cest La Vie and both come with colour changing huds.  I kept them neutral but there is quite a good selection of textures and colours.  Having looked at the photo I wish I had rearranged the bow just a little bit so you can see how plump it is.  There was other Free to join GG’s but apart from the Apple Beret I can’t really remember what else there was.

The skin is also a FREEBIE from Birth.  A new skin shop, to me, and although I’m a PumeC addict that doesn’t mean I can’t try out others, esp when they’re free.  If I remember correctly you get 3 skins and 2 come with cleavage layers the only difference is the make up.  All 3 come with cool winter colours.  Really nice skins but I think I’m not showing the colours too well in my piccie but again they’re free and all it will cost you to try them for yourself is a simple TP over there.  Please note that this is one of MY Anna’s shapes and there is a shape in the pack given but of course whatever shape you do chose to use will change the overall look and of course taken in my Nams setting.

Just in case you haven’t been over to the “we ❤ Role Play” event because you’re not into RPing then you will miss out on that pile of freeness under the tree.  You do have join the We ❤ to Role Play group to grab.  Not all of the boxes wanted to give me a goodie 😦 but chances are it’s giving them out Advent style ie 1 a day but the item I spotted in a post and that I wanted was there and I got it.  It’s a pair of sheepskin gloves from May’s Soul.  I did a post just recently about some great sheepskin gloves that I bought and they’re brilliant but they cost and if you’re a budget minded girl/boy then these and the rest of the freebies here are perfect.

Usually so late any sales event going on is well over by the time I find out but at last there is time to post about the latest sale event going on a FATEwear.  Sadly it’s only a 7 day event so for the sake of speed I’m going to rummage in my Flickr and find some old pictures to reuse and hopefully if I get time I will post some new one.

Can’t remember the details of each and every look but I do remember that these jeans are a seperate item from the jacket and you get different heights in the waist line so you can show as little or as much as you want.

One of my fav pictures because Faith was unaware of me posing outside as she was setting her home up for pictures. These are seperates but like all of Damiens clothes they can be mixed and matched with ease.

Should have used this picture first as it was from a previous sale.  As you can see it’s a massive 50% off it’s just the time which is limited.

Scrolling through all my pictures makes it painfully clear that I only seem to have clothes from FATEwear or Deadwool and a handful from other shops but the reality is that quality stands out even in a rezzing world.

FATEwear has everything from casual to smart, also some RPing clothes for men and women but make sure to check out the top floor.  I have the gloves pack which some with so many hand variations they’re better than SLinks and cheaper.  There is also socks and stuff like that hidden on the top floor and yet again I must get some more practice in with the new eye hud that Damien has created.  If only I had more time.

Sorry no time to do any new ones but make sure if you can to get over ASP as this is just a 1 week sale and it’s probably half way over in anycase.

FREE Sweetness.

After seeing the stunning tea cupped heaped table that Faith found in her “Keep your cool” post I had to run straight over there to grab it and also have a mooch around myself.  I’ll pop the link to her post at the bottom so you can check that out.

What I almost missed was all of the bows on pictures, because there is a lot of art on sale here I just assumed they were some of the artwork for sale but I was so wrong they’re all FREEBIES.  So I clicked and grabbed the whole lot, eyes, clothing, shoes SLink and non SLink, eyes and items of decor just to name some of them.  So basically TP over there enjoy the pretty shop, check out that adorable table and gallery and grab the goodies.

PS I’m so glad Faith led the way as to how to find this place because I would have struggled to find it….Follow down the lit corridor.

In this picture I’m wearing only 1 item from The Gallery Gift Shop which is a non mesh bra and pantie set with added boob applier (Lola Tango boobs).  Couldn’t resist digging out the boobies and it just so happens to go pretty nicely with the creamy adorable freebies from the Marketplace I found.

I found this sweet freebie from the SL marketplace from a shop called The Seventh Exile and as a big fat Thank You to all her customers Terrawinds has set some of her goodies out for free. The arm and legs look as though they have been dipped in cream or white chocolate and they can be worn with or without SLink and I do believe I saw Phat Azz included in the pack as well.  The skirt is another one of her freebies and it just  goes beautifully with the arm and leg colourings.  She has even more freebie so you just have to check them out but I promise they’re all dreamy and creamy.  As it happens her full prices are hardly unreasonable in any case and if you want the same skirt but in different colours she has a whole range of them for only 49Lds.  Some seriously pretty and super Kawaii shades and textures.  The stockings and arm colourings are also available in a variety of colours and prices from 5Lds to 29Lds.

Spring for men.

It’s good to have been able to spend some time in SL especially since I’ve got my hands on some new clothes from the  FATEwear Spring collection.  Everything is so mix and match the whole collection can be worn as intended or mixed with any other of Damien Fates clothing.  I’m going to re post a picture to show how this works.

I took this picture on the very day I had got my new spring clothes and just snapped the shorts with the FATEwear shirt I was originally wearing and even the formal goes with the casual.  So basically if you already own a lot of FATEwear clothes even a top up of some new shorts, shirt etc will change the whole look.

This is the shorts without the shirt to distract from them.  Called Gus and they have a more crispness to them whilst the other shorts, Hector, are a more casual softer linen look, the belt is an option with both shorts, but I think it just finishes off them perfectly. In fact although the shorts come with the belt included I do believe you can buy a whole pack of the belts – which dare I say would finish off any trousers/shorts in a real neat way.

I’ve given 2 LMs one for Damien’s main shop which is where you will find all the clothes shown and much more but right next to his mainshop is the FATEplay shop which is full of costumes for both men and women .  I actually treated myself to “the travelers” outfit but because I’ve managed to get into SL so little recently I’ve not even had the chance to wear it.

Just a fun picture as I’m such a rotten traveller.  This is Zan’s boat called the Loonetta.  She has blogged it before and I think it’s time she re-blogged it as it’s still one of the BEST boats in SL.  Maybe next post for that but look how big it is and even includes a toilet, bathroom and bedroom for only 31 prims.
