Bright ‘n’ Bold or Calm ‘n’ Relaxed. (Dollarbies(s)).

Oops, fortunately, I spotted this quickly and so I’m doing a quick edit of this post as these are not free they’re dollarbies.

I will say that when I find something in SL which is not only free or cheap but has a unique style and quality it just makes my day and this skirt with its big hud of plain and highly patterned options is a KEEPER!

I think it is actually called the “Balloon skirt” and if you look closely you will see the bottom hem has an elasticated look to it.

The top is also a gift and I’m glad I decided to try it out as although it does come with a hud of slogans/picture worn on the front I spotted that you can remove the slogan which for me personally makes it more wearable.

There is also 2 hairs, I did try one with 3 hats inc but I couldn’t get it to fit my head and tbh I didn’t want to fiddle so I will leave them as a surprise for you.

Then check the Arata group notices as well because in there you will find free Maitreya bento nails.

As for fits, limited to I believe a Maitreya body. As it happens a really good fit for me so don’t let that put you off trying them out. Then use the TP to the discount floor as there are some Kawaii dress fatpacks for really good prices.

FIRST! (Freebie(ssss)).

I’d only just gone to Mangula last night to see if there was a new Subscribers gift out for us and I don’t think there is. So I just grabbed this outfit, jeans & Blouse with the intention of starting the day off with a “reblog” and as I’m literally standing there posing a notice came through from Mangula’s about a NEW Subscribers gift. So I quickly TP’d over so I could start the day off with a “First”.

This summer outfit consists of a fat pack of choices. You get the dress, panties, bodysuit and boots.  The clothes can all be layered on top of each other and everything comes with a big fat pack of colours.

You get lots of fits as well.

I’m rushing this post as when I went over to Mangula it was still empty and so fingers cross I am the first lol.

Out with the new and in with the old. (Freebies & Dollarbie).

Hilly Haalan has a new gift out for us, it’s not clothing so I’m not showing it to you and will leave it as a nice surprise. Instead, I’m showing you just a couple of the old Group Gifts as it’s so easy to miss them.

This top comes in a LOT of fits and some different colours/textures etc.  It is really just a top-quality top.

A lot of old-timers will recognise this “poncho” as it is pretty old and I remember it when it first came out as EVERYONE grabbed it.  You get this purple colour and a grey one and even though it’s Maitreya only as you can guess it’s still a great fit.

I picked these broken glasses off the No Cabide Marketplace shop.  I was trying to see if an old freebie from that shop was still a freebie and it isn’t but these glasses turned out to be a lovely find.  Don’t worry if you don’t like the broken look it’s just one of the many options in the hud you have.

Now read carefully.

The old Hilly Haalan gifts are behind you where you land.  It’s a non-descript grey building which is packed with everything, shoes, boots, skirts, tops, dressed, jeans, full outfits and on and on.  Most are for the Hilly Haalan group but some for other free groups.  One of my fav dresses is in there and I was tempted to put that one on but it’s been blogged a few times by now.

PS.  I’m using some of the poses out of the ANA FLF pose pack offer.   You get a total of I think 112 poses and some are weird, some are interesting but one thing for sure is that for 50Lds I will be able to find enough to make it worthwhile.

My mouse has died, dead as a doorknob, it is no more! I am of course talking about my computer mouse and not a real squeaking one.  I did raid our hoard of old mice, both USB and wireless and it’s time they were all binned.  I actually use a laptop so that means I have the mousepad which is what I’m using but it’s like knitting while wearing oven gloves when you’re used to a mouse.

So until my new mouse turns up I’m just going to tell you about the 300Ld Gift Card offer from Gaall, Vaxer, Sweet Temptation and C&S.

This is a pretty regular offer so chances are you will know the rules.  All of the shops mentioned are on the same shopping sim and yes they do sell a lot of very similar styles and designs but each does do it’s best to make their clothes the way they like and I’ve always been able to find something I can use.

So what you have to do it check them all out, find the item/items you’d like to buy and only then click the sub-board in THAT particular shop.  So don’t get it from Gaall if you want to treat yourself from a pair of shoes from C&S (Chic and Shoes).

PS.  I will update this post later as I am rather taken with this sweet simple dress.

As soon as I logged in the notice came out about this fab bikini.  You can’t see the detailing but it has great lace ties and ruffles around the top and bottoms.

LOTS of fits and it’s Free from Sexy Princess and just join the group and grab.  Since I was too lazy to push past everyone I just cammed to the back of the shop but I will return later to check the place out when it’s calmed down.

UPDATE:  I popped back to Sexy Princess, the LM takes you to the shop where you will find this bikini and I had a look around that shop then spotted another shop just across the way and since I’m a nosey cow I decided to saunter over there and thats how I discovered that the “Sexy Princess” range is in two shops and that shop also has more freebies for us.

I didn’t think I’d find anything and even this “Jacintha” bodysuit gift didn’t really excite me esp as in the picture used the colour is just plain black but I spotted that you get the fatpack so I figured I’d lose nothing to try it on and I was more than surprised with the first pack I opened as this very pretty rose pattern is just so nice.  So a standard design which has been perked up with a lovely pattern and I don’t know what other colours/patterns there are to be found.  So once you’ve grabbed the bikini from the first shop check out the second.

Sexy Princess

I wasn’t but I will. (Freebie(s)).

I wasn’t going to show you this dress only because it comes from a shop we all know for its fab freebies and should already be on your regular goto places to visit when you’re in need of a new outfit and so you probably already have it but I knew I didn’t so I was wearing it till I find the next freebie and decided to just take a snap of it and do a post in any case.

 

BTW You can’t see it but the sleeves are delicately slit so your arm shows through or if you’re not keen on that you can wear the non-sleeved version you get of this dress.

I can’t swear to it but I do think there are a couple of new items on the wall of the “Subscription” gifts.

Mangula

I simply cannot win! (Freebie(s)).

I have a rule that no matter how tempting the Lucky Board prize is if someone else with the same initials as mine is stood there waiting I will not snag it so I missed out on the Lucky Board this time but I did leave the Mangula shop with this goodie.

A bright zingy orange summery top and you will find this and a couple of other gifts for free/cheap groups literally just inside the front door of the shop to your left.

And they are not too far from the Lucky Boards.  Most of you will recognise the shop and the Lucky Boards as they have been around for a while but I swear there are more Lucky Boards and I also spotted among the Free for All gifts a new pair of over the knee stappy boots.

So it’s a great place to hang out and work your way through all your notices and maybe score some Lucky Board wins as well as getting this and the new boots.

PS. When I returned I did manage to score a rather nice white top and pale jeans….yeah me!
