S@bbia is only one of the shops I visit daily but not a week goes by when I don’t pop into the G&D The Italian Style shop at least once as some of my best shoes have come from this shop and finally the Group Gift has changed.

I will admit that at first, it was “Meh!” ok, just simple court style heel shoes and since we all need simple style court shoes I decided to put them on and it was a case of “KEEPERS”.

The front of the shoes goes high up on your foot, most of them just barely cover your toes so that is a very nice design touch but also the hud is a winner.  In the hud, you have everything from this super zingy orange to a classic beige a total of I believe 22 colours and that inc being able to change the soul, heel etc.  I will be going through my old shoes and binning all of the plain, court shoes as these will be more than sufficient for any outfit/occasion.

Even though this post was going to be just about the shoes I still can’t help but get dressed up and so I dug out my LBD (Little Black Dress) from my invent and pulled a few poses to show you the shoes that Moira Serenity the owner of Nerdy Girl sent me.

These are basic “Mary Jane’s” which I think in the UK we refer to them as Court Shoes, very simple classy unfussy shoes.  I swear I saw if not these then almost identical ones in another shop but they had a hefty price tag to them whilst Moira has really kindly put these out as her new May Group Gift, added to that you get a colour changing Hud to go with them so I’m wearing the brown in this picture and the silver/grey in the next.  The 2 other colours are darkest black and a dark grey.  Just like my LBD a pair of good “Mary Jane’s” will go with so many items in your invent.  If by anychance you love the shoes but not the colours then there are other colour pack options but not as a Group Gift.

So as I’m posing I realised it’s been a long time since I last visited !Soul’s where my LBD came from and so I took  quick piccies and then TPed over and scored even more.

A simple “hippy chick” long line dress with that oversized ruffle.  Excellent fit and texturing.

This is another version of the LBD from my top picture.  Shannon Byron the owner of !Soul has a few dresses out in this design but with different texturing.  Each pack comes with 2 colour choices, this green and a yellow dress plus a normal and a bright version. There are more designs here to choose from so if these aren’t to your taste still pop over.  I’ve still got a couple of dresses from here which I blogged about a long time ago as they’re still really good and so easy to wear.

This is !Soul but not an !Soul Group Gift.  You will have to join the SL frees & offers Group (sic).  I keep on putting the sic because “SL frees & offers” is how it’s spelled.  It said it was a dress but I would have sworn it was going to turn out to be a top but nope it’s definitely a cute little short dress.  You will find this with the other !Soul Group Gifts and of course both groups are Free to join.

Get fat!

It’s not often I recommend a Fat Pack for no particular reason but in this case BUY THE FAT PACK!

You will need SLink Med feet for these shoes but if you’ve not splashed the cash and bought some SLink feet so far these shoes will really tempt you.  I just could not choose a single preferred colour so I’m showing you a few of the shades but I have to say the pink, lavender and these gorgeous slightly satin sheen orange shoes are amazing.

Oopsie.

At the moment they can only be found at The Big Show at 175Lds a pair but in all honesty these are such basic and brilliant fitting, coloured and wearable shoes and the fat pack includes everything from the much-needed black, white and beige colours but also 2 shades of  bright bold reds and then a selection of deep pastels with a satin sheen.  It will almost be too hard to cherry pick the colours you like so go on indulge yourself.

The dress I’m wearing is also one of Athena Loring’s and it too can be found at The Big Show, I have blogged it and the other shades that are available but it occurred to me when trying on the shoes that the shoes and a lot of Ahena Loring’s range of clothing are using much the same colour palette which is a really good idea. I’m almost 100% sure that the sweet little summer skirts in her shop are using the same colour palette and sheen as these shoes and will make such a pretty and simple Spring/Summer combo.

Immerse has an exclusive for The upcoming Fashion Fair, it begins on the 30th November, one to look out for. The new dress is called “Sequoia”, lovely tight fitting sweater dress with a beautiful bow tied belt at the front. (thanks Lily <3)

I wore it with my newwww super elegant Slink shoes from Eclectica (thanks Tiffy <3) These are the” bowed court shoe”s, the fabric is a rich brocade, so lush! Lots of other colours available (the silver and black are just yummy) and at 190L a pair – very affordable. These are also materials ready hoohah!
