The freebie is this hairy but not scary jacket from Coco Design.
Fur texturing has gotten so much better and this is top class fur.
Ignore the outfit I’m wearing as it came from a shop long gone from SL but if you like the way I’ve styled the jacket then for 60Lds Coco Designs has a Saturday offer out of a pant/top outfit which will give you a similar look for really not much money.
Although it looks as though my AV has already hit the bottle, in RL I’m wondering if it’s too early to crack open a bottle of Baileys.
Faith rezzed a small cottage on our shared island, its super cute as it’s buried under a pile of snow and until now it has been empty inside so it was nice to see she’s decorated all Christmassy.
Anyhow enough blabbing, the dress is from Coco’s which you probably have already seen. It’s a classic LBD, Little Black Dress, with the addition of the feathers on the hem a perfect party outfit.
There are plenty of other gifts at Coco Design this dress is just the newest.
As for the info. Sooooo many big events/hunts and advents are going on this smaller one at the …shop/sim might just pass you by. This is a Home & Garden shop/sim so if you’re after clothes then it’s not the hunt for you.
Going to be honest here and even though you can pick up a note with all the hints I just don’t have the time to do it so I’m just going to add it onto this post.
The death knell of what little freedom we have had is to be rung at 4pm today in the UK and then we’re back into full lockdown…Oh Joy.
So I poured myself a stiff drink, of coffee, and mentally prepare myself to do the right thing…which is moan like a “b*tch”.
Moaning over here are the freebies. The sweater is not only my fav colour it’s from Coco Design which means it’s a quality gift. The sleeves have a lovely puffed look to them and the cuffs go over your hands and you even have a thumb hole.
There is also a full Doll AV which I cannot wait to try on. If I didn’t blog I would go around SL as one of the Coco Dolls but it would just be way too much work to keep on changing AV’s to model clothing.
As soon as I think about how I want to style something I often know what else I want to t team up with them and its a perfect time to dust off these uggs. They’re still Freebies, on the wall behind the reception desk. I didn’t pick a copy up so I’m going by memory that you get a decent hud and also fitted socks.
Be warned this isn’t a shop I visit often as there are some gorgeous items which I’d love to own but…”not in my fit”!
PS. The hair is “Blair” which is of course a Mina hair. I usually show Blair off when it’s around this time of year as it has “wings” and in a dark colour this is a pretty dramatic hair but Blair can be worn any time. I don’t have the Link to her mainshop so just check my last post out if you’d like to try a demo of her out……she’s one of my fav hairs.
Coco Design. (Use this one as Coco has moved and your old LM may not work).
I would have sworn I’d read there was a New Coco Group Gift but maybe I misread that and the “New” is actually a New Landmark! Not only has the whole shop moved it’s also been updated and refreshed.
There actually may be a new freebie which I’ve just not spotted so it’s worth a pop over in any case. If you haven’t spotted the shoes, jeans, shirt tied around my middle and top are old Coco gifts and it’s nice to see that they’re all still there but this time to find them they’re on boards near to the LM.
UPDATE: There IS a new Group Gift!
So I went back to LM grab and spotted that not everything had rezzed on my first visit and that’s when I spotted the NEW GG. At the LM you will see blackboards, behind you, and on the back of two of them are the older Gifts and on the front of one is some older gifts and the new gift which looks as though it’s a lacy top and shorts. Just to make this even more complicated at the back of the shops is the same blackboard with other older gifts on it. OK don’t worry as when you go there it will be much more clear than I have explained.
Coco Design.(NEW Landmark).
Check out the windlight setting now. I’ve not changed it so the only reason it is so different from the picture in my last post can only because of the time difference. So what I was trying to do has worked? Only time will tell.
Chances are you will already have seen these baggy legged pants which are the new Coco Designs Group Gift but here they are again just in case you haven’t. Lots of fits, baggy at the ankle and just this black with the white stripe.
I thought I’d just mention that the top is a Lucky Board prize from Bumblebee. I have blogged some of the Lucky Board prizes before as well as the Group Gifts but I just thought I’d mention it again so if you have time to kill then this is a good place to hang around and score yourself some goodies.
S@bbia was my next stop of the day I wasn’t expecting a new Group gift so I was happy to see these lovely blue sandals have been put out for us.
Very simple flatties, I think this time they only come in SLink and Lara fits but they’re only 1prim so perfect as a decor item as well.
There are two other most recent and recently blogged items still out.
First, the Freebie which will have been posted in every freebie group as it’s a new Coco Design gift.
Lovely simple floral jacket. The nice touch about this jacket is that it has a slight flare to the bottom which helps it to fit over any/most jeans or skirts you own.
Goes without saying plenty of old, unique and quality gifts out in the shop.
Back to Mina’s. I know I did a post about this yesterday, only to be informed by Faith that the Uber event has been opened for a few days lol. The thing was something was nagging at me, so I popped the hair back on to try to work it out and as soon as I opened the hud it slapped me in the face like the smell of week-old dead fish, NEW colours. As I mentioned to my seasoned eye there are more strands of colour to the hairs which you can see more clearly in this second picture but the colour packs have been tweaked to add more undertones/shades options.

A lovely simple spring/summer dress from Coco Design.
As you can see from the perfect fit it comes in my SLink fit as well as many others.
If you’re still in winter mode then remember one of the other recent Group Gifts is a pretty stunning bright red sweater.
I don’t know why I can’t seem to change my LM to next to the actual Group Gifts but this time I don’t mind as there are some bright red letters which say “under construction” so I wonder if the discount department is getting some new stock in to tempt us with.
