Spring Break

A spring break without breaking the bank…possible? Sure is ! I took a day off my usual routine and hung out at this pretty little village. Here I am arriving  all fresh and windblown, wearing a new pants suit from coldLogic. Totally in love with these little numbers, called “shields” and this is the marsh tone, a lovely sage green with a patterned top and casual scarf tied from the neck.

Found a bicycle and hopped on…a change of clothes was in order (naturally) so I slipped into my new coldLogic walsh capris. If you’ve tried mesh capris before and found them awkward to get a good fit, try these babies. So easy to wear, there is a plain version also. I also slammed on a free mesh denim jacket from HK that I found on the market place..darling little item and close up you’ll see the tiny flowers dotted over it. o.O musnt forget my skin ! It’s from Modish and is a group gift that’s out currently. I really like their skins and this is a winner for me. Delicate pale tone…and no heavy make-up, which makes it a perfect candidate to layer over with my MOCK makeups yay! (group join fee is only 10L)

Dressing up

Lilu is a new mesh dress from Bubblez…and what a breath of fresh air it is…I shed off my winter woolens and twirled around in this darling black & white creation. So Fresh! Black & White are one of my fav combo’s…so whats not to like ?! Lilu is very preppy  yet also rather sophisticated…simply adore the thin tied belt and higgledly piggedly hem…Im wearing it with the new clutch from [Amarelo Manga] , great little piece, comes with an AO especially for the purse, nice animations that show it off perfectly.

I’ve also got another bundle of newness from ArisAris…something juicyyyyyyy to wash those winter chills away “mad stripes” is the name…and mad it is…wearing it made me want to jump and hop…thick bands of colour run down this mini…low scooped neckline and some really lovely detailing all over…a real winner …I teamed it up with my sensational bootees from DUH…only 20L (if memory serves me correctly) lotsa colours in these, dead sweet.

.::PiNK CHERRY::. seems to be releasing my perfect collection of dresses at the moment…get outta my head ! The latest is this stunning short-sleeved coatdress…the range of colours is lovely..this “white Leo” version stole the show for me though…its short..but not too short, plus..you could get another look out of this piece and use it as a blouse / jacket over pants…Like my clutch? I adore it…found it as a gift on the market place by A.M.K.R..beautifully textured….

One more bundle of newness from .::PiNK CHERRY::…is the range of short ruffled mini dresses…classic look for the evening…toss on some pearls…grab up your clutch…and youre good to go…easy to wear…looks great! My purse is by Amarelo Manga…it was released a little while ago , adore the dramatic shades this comes in !

Orange for Summer

I took a look through Amarelo Manga’s latest Summer releases…and came up with a couple of outfits ..I totally love the new capris, I’m showing them in Tobacco brown..they’ve got a few wrinkles in them..so they don’t look *sprayed* on and are a much more natural fit…slipped one of the new mini blouses on in orange..simple..but classic styling…

For something a slightly more dramatic, I chose this long flowing maxi dress…I like this shade of orange, it’s so wearable, and not a colour Id usually go for…adorable deep curved back on this..with a loose tie at the neck…Musnt forget to also note the glorious skin I’ve got on…its from a new-to-me designer, store called “Mirror’s Enigma”, this skin is named Socordia (in the medium tone) I headed over to check the store out…and gosh…these skins are in a pack ,complete with eyes,cleavage – no cleavage,teeth tattoo etc..for just 300L ! definitely worth scooping up a few demo’s and giving them a go…this ones a keeper for me.

A bit of a find today for you..[Amarelo Manga] has left out some lovely gifts for group members (free join). My favourite item is this “overall” outfit..really different and unusual…and PINK yay! Great ruched prims on each thigh..a simple thin white belt…and some 80’s inspired pants cuffs…fantastic ! I couldn’t resist wearing the new release from Finesmith with it..”Aesthetic Value” stunning necklace,earings & bracelet…a big choice of metals and gemstone tones also…Im also using Finesmiths recent clutch bag release,if you havent seen these..go look…totally beautiful, the details on this are just incredible…again many colours to choose from..

Most days I tend to slouch around in pj’s or a jeans and a tee…or whatever I’ve just taken photos of…I’m lazy like that *grins*…but today I was lucky enough to catch a hold of some newness from [Amarelo Manga]. One thing you’re sure to find me wearing in real life, are pants suits…I just love them..and Amarelo Manga has them down to a fine art. Above Im wearing the “Overall Marcelle”, Crisp black pants, with neat flared cuffs, over them a wide suede look belt with huge silver buckle…complimenting this is a sleeveless snug shirt and the most adorable sleek fur collar / cape.

The whole feel is seductive, glamorous and very of the moment. Fur (synthetic for moi please) is very in right now, gone all the old days of half a herd of rabbits and in comes the statement collars and trims…this is sooo right. I wish I wish I wish I had this in real life ~sigh~..

Another pant suit that won my heart is this..called “Miranda”…adore the subtle large plaid on the pants….another fantastic wide belt that gives a highwaist look…and a stunning deep red satin blouse. The blouse has a very eighties feel to it…decadently ruffled sleeves and a gorgeous scarf / choker to wrap it all off…chic and feminine !

Take a look around the main store, it’s not a vast collection , but I suspect it will grow…whats there has a quality feel…I noticed a couple of fantastic coats…quite a few casual outfits…swimwear (outrageously pretty!), jeans & separates plus oodles of evening wear.
