After a rainy start…we had some sun this afternoon…made me wish SO hard for the summer to hurry along…just right for the warmer days ahead is this new release from Arisaris…the hankerchief dress…batik inspired print…with a really beautiful shape to the hem…its mesh so jump on in and give it a whirl…trust me..you will love ! A real steal for 199L…

I also popped along to the new collection at The Dressing room..and snapped up this hair from one of my fav hair designers Exile..called “Violetta”, comes with four colours all for 60L !

Mons Vintage dress is another lovely score from the  dressing room.  Pink pretty flowers disguise a little bit of naughtyness.  That comes from the low strappy top and the cut out sides.  70lds is all this cost so I’m now off to their shop to check out what other loveliness they have.

Well I never! turns out Mons has quite it’s own personal shopping mall on it’s own sim.  5 shops in total so you can kit yourself out from head to toe if you so wish.  Quirky cute hat with hair for group members and some zingy eye shadows, however joining costs 100lds which might just be worth it if the quality of their clothes remains the same.

Dont telll…but even in my *condition*,  Ive been teetering around in my newwwwww BAX booties alllll morning ! Arent they just darrrrling? Well you can grab a hold of a pair for just 69L *faints*, yesyesyes available at The Dressing Room…and I love love LOVE them sooo much. Little bit of a retro feel going on in the styling…adorbs. My funkalicious bag is from the Advent calender at Orage Creations..I was sooper hoping they’d have a bag in it as I have some realllly old ones from years ago that I still love from there…yay! This one has a built in pose thats pretty coolbeans also !

New collection is out at The Dressing Room hoooray! Because I’m in “hat mode” I was lured by this offering from Kletva, havent come across this designer before and was sooper chuffed with my purchase. You get the hat & hair as one item,its called Joss and the toning on the hair is delicious – all summery golds and blondes..a steal at 70L. (go visit the main store and join the group, have a feeling this will evolve into an amazing brand-the skins looked yummmy) If youre not familiar with the concept of The Dressing Room, each week they have a new collection of items from various designers, between 60-100L ! Join the group while youre there and youll get a note when each new collection is out with sneak preview photos also.

 

Hope you noticed my fantabulous dress, its new from Apple May Designs, “summer blossom” is the name,delicate floral print in creams,peaches & beigey’s…great prims that fit easily…very feminine and only 225L..

Mimikri Lurex top and dusk sequin mini

I love Fridays ! I get all itchy waiting for “The Dressing Room” to send out their new list of goodies and just have to rushhhhh over there to peruse straight away. This week was as exceptional as ever , one of my favourite designers mimikri was there and I snaffled up the newness to show you. The gold tones lurex top is superbly made, fabulous shaped hemline and so sparkly! Totally had to have the matching skirt, the fringes move and wriggle as you walk…fits perfectly no prim fiddling required *phew*..the price for all this glamour? Skirt 40L, top 60L..what a steal for 100L. Faeth and I were nattering earlier..we both liked the look of the LOQ hair/hat..butttt just couldn’t decide if it was hair..or  a hat..or both..perhaps if any of you buy it, let us know!

The Dressing Room Celebrates BIG time!

Ahh yes its balloons & cupcakes all round..its The Dressing Room’s first birthday! I was quick off the mark as there were some really amazing birthday bash deals on.. R.icielli has always been a favourite of mine and they had this fantastic special spring set on offer..you get allll that you see in the pics for just 70 of your Linden dollars…see below..

One part of the special spring set is this scrummy ”Petra” mini dress. Rich burgundy reds and chic biscuity golds..fabulous belt to nip in your waist, could easily also be worn over pants or a really tight pencil skirt..

R.icielli Mattori poncho & Clarissa high waist jeans

Next outta the box was the Mattori poncho & the Clarissa high waist jeans. The poncho looks so soft  like cashmere and is in a very delicate light pink tone. I’ll be honest, if you’re not so good at prim fiddling the poncho might be a stretch for you to fit well, but it IS copiable so make a copy and play around with it, if it goes wrong you’ve got backup! The high waist jeans are just a joy..I love this style, classy yet casual in this fabric. They co-ordinate beautifully with everything in the collection.

R.icielli Marietta mini top and Clarissa high waist jeans

Another top that really goes well with the jeans is the Marietta minitop, it’s that pretty deep plum shade I adore, all prims and fits like a dream. Such a versatile item that would team up with heaps in your wardrobe also.

Finally I get to show off the belt of all belts, truly its just heavenly. The detail on it is superb and it has a handy dandy rezier script in for easy fitting. It looks equally good with the Marietta minitop, and I felt it sealed the top of the jeans nicely also. The Larissa Tshirt is fun, cropped short for a great spring summer look. All the above comes in one set for 70L, incredible value !

R.icielli Claudia mini dress and CoCo boots

Each designer this week also has out a 40L item (woohoo!) There was sooo much to show but I plumped for the R.icielli Claudia mini dress and at 40L its a gem. Deep olive green shade, magnificently shaped hem and a sparkly chest section that adds some glitz, topped off with a gentle slouchy neck all in a low key glamorous satin effect fabric…just perfect (I added a pair of Indie rose leggings because the dress is kinda short for me *blush*) . I’m also wearing the CoCo leather & canvas boots that are on sale during this week at TDR, just 50L *faints* pretty dainty shade of beige that will go with oooodles of other colours, comes with an easy to use HUD for resizing. I just fell  in love with them and got grabby hands !

First off….let me just say thank you soooo so much to everyone here for being soooo so welcoming! Faith and Steve have been super awesome and I’m soo excited to be a part of the Pure team  Anyways…onto the blogging!

One of my favorite places to hit is The Dressing Room… an awesomely quaint little nook of a place that features a bunch of AMAZING designers on SL!!Each designer places one or two items, prices ranging between 40-70L!  Craaaazy cheap for such amazing quality items! I picked up some ooooober cute dresses from this showroom! One of which being this adorably springy little peach babydoll dress from Fishy Strawberry! ::squeeee::  I absolutely adore it!  Deliciously short, this skirt is trimmed with a pretty white lace, and an adorable little white ribbon cinching the skirt in place! Only L$60….what a STEAL!!!

Also at TDR, I found this cute little burgundy number by So Many Styles!  For only L$60, this short dress is another amazing bargain!  The sweetheart neckline flatters any body type, with adorable little buttons trailing down to the bustle.  It’s so unique I just adooore it!

Lastly….for the strong business woman out there….there is this sharp floral suitdress by R.icielli! With a short tube skirt, this powerful outfit is topped off with a floral dress jacket, sharp shoulder pads making this jacket absolutely current and edgy!  I’m showing this with the silver belt, but the belt also comes in 2 other colors with it!!  I just love love LOVE this outfit!!!  And for only L$65??  Sooo good!

oh my Second Life passion…booots ! This week the dressing room has a pair of Yeti boots from one of my favourite shoe stores YS&YS..check them babies out ! The fur is devine and so realistic…perfect caramel shade of brown for winter that is sooper versatile..resize HUD for easy sizing (although I didn’t have to fiddle at all!)
